I did not use this company but I am giving them a five star rating because they did a fabulous job in just getting me a quote. The person who came to give me a quote was very knowledgeable, polite, took Covid 10 precautions, was personable and efficient. The only reason they didn't win the bid was someone was cheaper but I feel they deserved a five star rating. I highly recommend.

These are my go to people for Heating and AC. Life savers in many instances. They installed our split HVAC system 20+ years ago and have been servicing it since. Recently, the fan motor went out in one of the units and All Year responded quickly and professionally. Got us up and running before a long spell of 100+ degree days here in Sacramento. Shout out to Vicky, in the home office (friendly, efficient, and professional) and Jason in the field (covid aware, cordial, and knows his stuff). All Year is the best!

5 stars for sure! Answered my call (I had called at least 10 others and left messages, still not one has called back). They had someone out whithin 24 hours! Through and honest. My unit is 20+ years old and he didn't try and sell me a new unit, just told me what he could do to fix mine, and it worked! So a huge Thank You to All Year!

All Year Heating & Air Conditioning were recommended to us from our dear friends, the Charles. When my husband called about our daughters AC not working, Vickie took the call. She was kind and helpful, and got us an appointment the very next day. Jason the technician arrived for our appointment early. He was quick to get to the problem. He showed me the broken parts and explained what each part did.
He showed me the mistakes made by previous people who worked on the unit. (Previous home owners) anyway, Jason was great representation of what you hope every repair person should be. He was "HONEST", Knowledgeable and kind. I can't recommend this company enough. We were treated EXCELLENT from start to finish!

Greg and Vickie are fantastic. They are husband and wife owners whose son is also one of the technicians, and you feel it when you interact with them -- you are dealing with real human beings with real lives, not some distant larger company where the faces and names are all swappable. My wife and I just bought a house with an ADU built into the garage, and we needed heating without gas or ducts.
After some research we discovered mini-split systems, and figured that might be our brass ring solution. At first I called a larger HVAC company bc I had seen their advertisements everywhere. However, when their technicians came and did the eval, I felt like a number. They had recommendations about how to do the install that didn't quite add up, and quoted me twice what I was expecting.
I know nothing about HVAC installation, but didn't feel quite right, so I went back online in search of someone smaller, and found All Year. Thanks goodness I did. Greg came to the house himself to do the eval. He was warm, soft-spoken, and explained things in ways that make sense. He clearly had deep knowledge of both the industry and the technologies (they have been doing this work since the EARLY EIGHTIES).
He seemed to understand what we wanted more, and his quote was much more in line with the mini-split costs I had researched. They did the install the following week, and all went great. Also, both Vickie and Greg were super helpful in sorting out permitting, which is a little fuzzy when it comes to garage ADUs. Since the install, the mini-split system has been awesome. It has turned our ADU from "permanent man cave" to "coziest location in the house." I will definitely be calling All Year again, and couldn't recommend them more.

Greg and Vickie over at All Year Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my mother's AC unit in Rocklin 2 years ago and did a great job. I had them replace my AC, coil and furnace at our home in Roseville. Their son Justin and Jason came out the week before Labor Day weekend and did an amazing job. City of Roseville also advised me they did a great job!
It sure was a nice cool Labor Day weekend for us. Timing was everything with that week of hot weather we had. If you live in Roseville I'd consider taking advantage of the rebates that are available before funds run out.

What a great company! They rescued us when our air conditioner went out just before our daughter's wedding and we were expecting lots of out of town guests during an extended heat wave. They are super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns without making us look pesky.
The new heating and air conditioning system works super well. They carry top quality systems and offer you a choice between them, after explaining their differences. After returning home from a vacation, our air conditioner was blowing warm air on day 3 of a 5 day heat wave. Temperatures in the house climbed to 92 degrees. We called All Year Heating and Air the next morning. They had a technician out to repair our AC the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, and had our system up and running in about 10 minutes. It's now 101 outside and 78 inside. Thanks all Year Heating and Air for your prompt and professional service. You are now our go-to repair crew for all things HAVC.

All Year was great! They were able to service our air conditioner within 48 hours of calling them. During a heat wave! The service tech Greg called ahead of time to ensure us that he was going to be there within the specified time frame 8:30 - 9:30 am. Not the typical "some time between 8 am and 5 pm.". He completed the job quickly and he also informed us that the part was actually under warranty so we only had to pay for labor which was reasonably priced. We would definitely call them again and would recommend them to all of our friends.

I called All Year and immediately got a call back with an appointment the next day to investigate some leaking in my AC unit. Jason was our technician who thoroughly explained his assessment of the situation while making suggestions for preventing future damage. He explained different ways to maintain our AC unit and also gave us great tips on filters. A truly excellent service experience! Thank you!

OVER CHARGED! I waited for them from 8-2 as required and finally a man showed up at 3:30 to look at the my air conditioner. I was told that there might be a problem with the condenser that could only be diagnosed if he had come at 8 a.m. to find out that there might be a problem cost $170. I was told an email would be coming to give me options about what could happen next. two days later I am still waiting for the email. This company was recommended to me by my handyman who I really like. I've already contacted him to tell him to never recommend this company to anyone he cares about.

I recently got a call from my mother who lives in Sun City. It was the 1st hot weekend of the season & her A/C wasn't blowing cold air. We changed the batteries in the thermostat & it quit working completely. She was in a state of panic. I called All Year & scheduled an appointment for someone to come out. She started bracing for the inevitable - having to replace the unit like many of her neighbors.
When Jason arrived he was very professional. He quickly reset the thermostat & started on the unit. Within no time it was blowing cold air. The existing unit was low on freon, and needed a little cleaning. We were both amazed that she wasn't told she needed to replace the unit. She is very happy with the service she received from All Year & highly recommends them.

My heater went out at my home recently and I called All Year hoping they could help me out. I spoke with Vickie and she was very helpful and was able to get a tech out to my house. Joe was Fantastic and got things working. YAY! I can't give enough Kudos to this company and the price was reasonable. I completely recommend them and will be sure to call them if and when I have any future needs. Keep up the good work and thanks for the heat!

We had a problem with the heating system on our second floor the other day, which became a serious problem when we realized how cold it was getting in the baby's room. All Year had a tech out to our house quickly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently our house's prior owners, or their contractors, had done some "chewing gum and chicken wire" style repairs that forced the tech to make several trips to the store for parts. He worked over time, but the price was reasonable and we appreciated having warm heaters that night. I highly recommend their service.
