Apple Aire

We live in an older home and contacted Apple Aire to install a Daiken cooling system. We had initially thought that we'd have to have a large, unsightly, wall unit in our home but they wound doing a retrofit into the ceiling that is not even noticeable. This was NOT an easy install; our home has a flat roof and they had to go through almost of foot of build up roofing.

I honestly thought they'd be at our home for at least a couple of days, but they showed up with a full crew and had the entire system installed in under eight hours! Every single installer was professional, friendly, polite, & most importantly, knowledgeable. We LOVE our new cooling system! This is the first summer we haven't been roasting and the cost was very fair and competitive.

I also love that they are a local, family owned business. I know that if I experience any problems in the future I will be dealing with people who live in my community. I honestly just can't say enough good things about this company. You won't go wrong by choosing them for your heating and cooling needs! Thank you Apple Aire!

Great experience from installation last year to continued maintenance this year. Shane was informative, knowledgeable and accountable to terms discussed as we replaced our AC And Furnace. Ian & Dylan replaced a water heater & installed 2 expansion tanks (one on another water heater in the other half of the duplex) & a pressure release value for me. Both were knowledgable, professional, courteous & friendly. That did the whole job in about 4 hours! Ian also shared maintenance tips on the furnace & flushing the water heaters to prolong their lives! Then Apple Aire gave me a veteran discount! Highly recommend them & Apple Aire!

Edgar & Ian showed up on a cold snowy day to install a new furnace in our crawl space. Both guys were personable, professional and very knowledgeable. They had to do quite a bit of metal work in our case and they brought everything up to code. An excellent job all around. The price was just a tiny bit higher than others but their guarantee and their experience were the reason we went with Apple Aire. We believe we made the right choice and highly recommend you include them if you are in the market for a new furnace.

We got a Daikin heat pump installed almost one year ago. While we've unfortunately had issues with it twice since then, we're so happy we went with Apple Aire because their service is way better than other contractors we've used for other projects in Denver. The office is always available and quickly sends a technician. Tyler and Chris have spent many hours installing and fixing our unit and we really appreciate their hard work.

Apple Aire replaced my hot water heater, furnace, central duct work, and installed central air conditioning. I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of work. The crew I got was Ed, Benito, and Phaylan whose wiring, plumbing, conduit, and duct work were clean and organized. Having an older house, we ran into some surprises but Nate helped us solve the problems.

Apple Aire's sales person, Shane, showed up on time despite calling beforehand that he would be a few minutes late. Very polite, friendly, and thorough. Shane explained in detail the options for our older heat delivery system in our older home (1968). We received a number of estimates and while we liked Apple's featured furnace product, we decided to opt for another offered that was somewhat less expensive than Apple's.

It doesn't always come down to price, but we weighed other factors. Still would not hesitate working with Shane & Apple given their honest, straightforward, friendly, and thorough estimates & recommendations.

Got a few quotes to replace an older furnace with a new high efficency unit. When Apple Aire came out they inspected the unit, and we talked about the fact that the basement is cold. He walked the whole house looking at vents and recommended adding a return to the basement all cold air returns were upstairs. The new furnace works great and with the new return in the basement it is the same temperature as the rest of the house. The quote was givin at the same time as his visit and the installation was very professional.

Dylan at Apple Aire is great! He quoted us for our AC install this spring, came in under quote with higher quality system. Install was fast, done in a day and has worked great all summer.and it was a hot one! Today he came by for a heating system tune up. Cleaned the whole system, its older, ~15yrs and got it looking new and running great again. Highly recommend. Always on time, responsive and professional.

Apple Aire Installers & office staff were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I received three bids from other HVAC contractors. The others were competent, and I liked their presentations. But Shane from Apple Aire presented a different idea from my vision of the installation. That set Apple Aire apart from the others. During and at the end of the project I am confident I chose the right company for my home HVAC system.

I work in the HVAC industry and finding a company on the same level as Apple Aire is very difficult. The photos show the equipment and parts installed. Not shown is the heating and cooling register installed in the basement bathroom. And the removal of the roof mounted swamp cooler.
