Barry was hired by me to fix a leak and install a sink. I had a significant leak in my bathroom that came through my ceiling and walls in my living room. After everything was repaired, Barry never checked on the repairs he made. He reinstalled the sink, but never tested it. Water came gushing down through my brand new ceiling and walls. Second plumber found a significant hole in the pipe adjacent to where Barry did his work - the hole was filled with putty and was clearly visible. Barry refuses to honor his warranty. He refuses to pay for damages to my property caused by his negligence.

I've been using Barry for about 18 years now, very reliable, fair and honest. He calls you back within a half hour, usually 5 minutes, and does his best to get to you as quickly as possible. I trust Barry immensely, I've let him into my house when I'm not there. He's has put in new sinks, toilets, and sump pumps, he's fixed leaky sinks among other stuff. He's the best and the nicest guy! I highly recommend Aquality Plumping!
