Buying a furnace felt like a big deal. I did a lot of research on brands, installation, and furnace companies in Cincinnati. We had 4 companies come to our home and give us estimates. Reupert was thorough in their assessment and noticed things that other companies did not notice. They explained everything related to the installation (other companies did not) and prepared us for what to expect.

They priced well compared to other companies (not the highest or lowest estimate). During the installation, they took their time and delivered quality work. A good installation is what really contributes to the life of the furnace. The installation team even took the time to improve the existing pipe/vent situation as it was done poorly before them.

My AC went out at the end of the summer, and had to pull in quotes for a replacement AC and furnace system. I contacted many places for quotes, which almost all companies wanted to spend an hour or more on site to literally open a binder or write down a generic price for their installation. This included a few questionable quotes that were missing parts or had issues like wanting to reuse the copper linesets or drop from a 10 to 1 year warranty.

I ended up expanding my search and realized I overlooked Reupert who operates slightly more on the west side of Cincinnati, but I was still within their service range. At this time I knew the furnace model and AC unit outside and wanted to get down to a price for an installation. I ended up speaking with Joe Reupert directly who formed a quote and emailed it over same day.

Very knowledgeable on the hardware, got directly down to business and sent me a great quote. Everyone was in the same ballpark, although Reupert included in the same price full a new drop and takeoff duct assembly they made in house. Massive airflow improvement! Installation went smoothly and was handled in a top notch manner. Installer was friendly and answered questions along the way.

Even with a bunch of work we were wrapped up on the second day. I'd have no problem recommending Reupert to friends and neighbors in the area. I will definitely use them for servicing the system in the future.
