Since joining the busines in 1981, Randy has been particularly successful in problem-solving, customer service, and new product development. Thorough, attentive, explain things clearly. Respond fast and friendly. A friend had recommended them for my boiler after another company failed to repair it and recommended a new boiler. Aladdin repair took the boiler apart and fixed the issue at a fraction of cost. They cost more than what I had been paying but it's worth it. Services: Heating system repair, Toilet repair

The service is great. My only further wish is that I could have a broken down accounting of parts and labor. This is important for getting comparative quotes, and also for tax reasons as a homeowner. We had no heat in our house in the middle of a blizzard. We called up Aladdin Plumbing at 9:30pm and they had discovered our boiler went out. They responded very quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs. They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler on hand, in stock at their shop.
