Juan and Gustavo were great. Once again, we called Juan in an emergency situation (AC died on a very hot Friday afternoon), he responded quickly and was out to access our need within 2 hours of the initial call. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a few options for a fix until a permanent fix could be done on Monday morning. As he promised our AC was repaired before noon on Monday. Thanks Juan! Your service is amazing.

Very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable. Called ten other people and none would come today, all said 2 days out. He was prompt, fixed air in 30 minutes, clean, didnt break anything, cleaned up, explained everything what was wrong & what parts were replaced with the unit. Id recommend him anytime! I reached to Majano heating and Ac due to my HVAC system going out and they responded the same day to check out my system for Free! I ended up needing a entire new install and they provided me the quote same day and replacement came the following week and they came out to install with no issues! I have never left a review before for any company but they truly went out of there way to make sure me and my family were taken care of and I truly appreciate that! In what seemed to be a never ending string of unfortunate events Juan showed up and became a ray of sunshine in a thunderstorm. He is knowledgeable, shows compassionate, doesnt try to over charge or give you services you dont need. He installed a contactor for my heater in no time. This was my second time using his company and it wont be my last.

Gustavo came out on a Saturday morning and cleaned our unit. Another company told me I would have to replace my condenser coils for $2000. Gustavo cleaned everything and added some extra freon for under $300. An immediate difference in the the way the ac cools now. Thanks Gustavo! Highly recommend.
