Two kind men recently came to service my geothermal unit. They were prompt, explained what they were doing and completed the service on time>

The whole process from beginning to end was very efficient. Certainly would use again for future projects.

AC started to freeze up. Called Mast to see if they could fix for a decent price. However, the unit was so old and the cost started to snow ball. Mast quoted a replacement AC and furnace. I couldn't argue with quoted price, equipment value, and the service provided. Install was quick, clean and painless.

I had Mast Heating fix the boilers in my apartment buildings. Jeff the service technician was very professional and knowledgeable he did a excellent job!

The repair technician showed up a few hours after my first phone call to Mast Heating & Cooling. He identified the problem and discussed repair versus replacement. My furnace was 35 years old and needed replacement. I discussed the noise my old furnace made since it is right next to my living room. I was worried that this furnace would be just as noisy.

The crew that installed my new furnace and air conditioner took the exhaust plenum apart and installed acoustic noise damping material inside the plenum. This was a very good idea and the noise from a same efficiency furnace was greatly reduced. Thank you John Hager

Had issues with my water heater pilot not staying lit. Sent an email early Friday morning and as soon as office opened a scheduler/dispatcher arranged for service. Tech arrived shortly later and resolved issue quickly, and professionally. Highly recommend MAST to anyone needing their service.

After using a different company for the last four years, I finally realized I was overpaying (by a lot) for our boiler repairs. I called Mast this morning and they had someone come out hours later and repaired our boiler for a fraction of what we used to pay. Very reasonable, professional, friendly, local. So happy to have our heat/hot water back on after 24 hours without. They were a blessing.

The little job was important to me but required extra attention and most likely was not a big revenue generator for Mast. Mast Heating and Cooling to the rescue! I called Mast at 1:15 informing them that our heating unit was red flagged by SEMCO (which means you cannot use the unit until it is fixed). They had a service technician out here by 3:00 and we were up and running by 3:30. Thanks for saving the day, Mast! I am thankful we do not need to close shop tomorrow!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Kelly Neuman and his whole team are great and deliver on what they promise. I had Mast rip out my old driveway and install a heated snow melt system along with additional upgrades to my HVAC. The work was done timely, professionally and what a difference it's making this winter! The pricing was excellent and the workmanship is fantastic. I would highly recommend Mast for any project but certainly very complicated ones like they did for me!

Fantastic people! Furnace went out and they were able to come out same day got a part in place to keep me warm until we could schedule a new Furnace install. Repair guy and sales both explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable with my choice. Installation was quick, clean and again these fellows also walked me through everything so I knew what I had and how to use it.

The team at MAST Heating & Cooling continues to impress and, in my opinion, sets the gold standard on how experiences should go when hiring a contractor. Kelly and the team were extremely knowledgeable when putting in our new boiler/radiant system. The work was done well, very polite, responsive, and punctual. Mast is such an awesome company! They are always professional, helpful, and friendly. Mast put in our water heater, A/C unit, and furnace system 9 years ago and they are holding up extremely well! We are on the spring and fall inspection comfort plan, and after all these years, only one small part in the A/C unit needed replacing. The part was ordered and then taken care of the very next day! Kelly and the people here are GREAT!! I have been with them for years, and they are prompt and very VERY helpful, whenever I need them. Installing my new smart thermostat and ran into a little trouble. Called on a Sunday at 11AM not expecting much help on a weekend but thought it was worth a shot. We have dealt with Mast as our service provider for HVAC for 8 consecutive years. We love dealing with their staff and service technicians. All most professional, hard working. Mast We never heard of Mast before we started our search for a company to install HVAC in our home. We built our home 24 years ago (a cabin) so everything in the house is already finished which made their job even harder. We looked at four companies, Mast was the most responsive and professional. Mast also was very competitive on price. Kelly was he representative that returned our call.

He came out within a day or two, evaluated our job and submitted their proposal. It was the most detailed and easy to understand of all the proposals we received. Kelly also coached me through purchase decisions. He made sure we were buying the right equipment vs. the equipment they would make more money on. Example: I was willing to put in a 3-ton air conditioner.

He educated me on why that was not the best decision and we put in a 2-ton. He could have easily sold me a three ton for more money. I really appreciated his honesty. Kelly was also very responsive every time I called for any reason. The crew. Jorge was the foreman. He did a great job, knew his stuff and had two helpers that worked very hard. One day Jorge was not on site.

He had to visit another job. His two helpers worked very hard all day, but after they left, I looked at the work and noticed some things that I felt were just not right (I'm not an expert but I do have some building experience). I felt that when Jorge returned the next day, I'd have to ask him to do a couple things over. Turns out I didn't have to say a word. Jorge noticed the issue right away and started working on it/fixing it before I ever mentioned to him.

I really appreciated the pride he took in his work. All in all, working with Mast was a great experience. Honest, dedicated, hard-working and the list goes on. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them if you need services they provide. Dan

This is going to be long, but Mast is great. This was our third install done by them (2 at our previous house), so we've officially had them install a hot water heater, a/c unit, and now furnace. Each time has been great. For this furnace install, Paul came out to take a tour and give his recommendations. The quote was very reasonable, and they even do all of the leg-work on rebates for you.

We signed on the dotted line, arranged the install date (2 weeks out, but it wasn't an emergency install), and the guys were here on time. They did semi-major work and left little to no mess behind. Especially appreciated that they covered the entryway hardwoods and carpet with drop-cloths. The work looks great and functions properly thus far. So far, we are loving the new furnace.

And side note: Taylor found a gas leak on our old furnace that 2 other companies could not find, and pointed out some other part damage that was also missed previously by another company. A all around.

Able to come out same day, diagnose the problem quick, fixed it, and able to pay via credit card on site in all then less than an hour. Reasonably priced and Dale was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Happy with the work that was done. The Tech was very knowledgeable and easy to conversate with. Although; I believe the cost for 1 pound of R410a refrigerant that was put in the system was a little to much. That being said I will still consider calling for any future issues.

Our neighbor recommended Mast to us after doing our own research and thank goodness they did! We're so glad we decided on Mast. Recently purchased a home with no prior knowledge/usage of boilers, we had them replace our very old cast iron boiler and standard water heater with a tankless combi boiler. Our furnace circuit board burned up, furnace was 12 years old, decided not to fix it but replace, Cody at Mast gave us a prompt quote and after selecting the furnace we needed, it was professionally install by the Mast crew who did a super job, very neat and clean. Everyone I dealt with a Mast was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend.
