So far (we are just starting this relationship) we have been favorably impressed with the Burkee organization. Kyle, one of their service people went over our gas heat/AC/humidifier/water heater earlier today. He generously answeredy numerous questions and explained a few key factors influencing the operation of our systems. Sean and his partner were punctual and professional when my HVAC system needed to be replaced during a heat wave earlier this summer. My tech was at my home earlier than expected. Matt checked my system and everything seemed to be working ( I think he made adjustments.). Matt suggested I insult a large space above my unit, to hold heat and air in the home. I was very satisfied will my house call.

I love Burkee! Matt was very prompt. He showed me exactly what was going on with our heater and made recommendations for much better filters than the ones we were using. He also showed me how to install them so I can take this task of my husband's honey do list.
