Rabbit bear several other quotes and came out within 24 hours of my water heater going out. They communicated well. Prices were always clear and no hidden fees. Technicians arrived on time and were respectful and explained the whole process. They finished quickly and cleaned after themselves. I paid what I was quoted. This is how business should be done!

Great technicians and service. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and they were here same day and install next day postponing plans they had that were less urgent. Pricing was reasonable and the level of attention given on informing me the progress from start to finish was excellent. Installed both a new furnace, ac unit, and re-ran ducts, new registers, and intake in the same day, whereas other companies were 6 weeks out prioritizing larger jobs. Would recommend them to anyone.

Rick at Rabbit Heating and Air definitely takes pride in getting a good job done. I had a 35 year old furnace and no AC, so I was looking to upgrade everything at the same time. He gave me tons of options which I definitely appreciate. Compared to the cheapest competitors who just said "We'll throw in an economy AC and furnace for ya", his detailed explanation on options really helped me feel like I was a part of the process.
Because I care so much about the environment, he was able to get me a High Efficiency Heat Pump/AC installed High Efficiency Furnace installed for a lesser price than the "Economy Models" from big name contractors, and while it's not the dirt cheapest installation, I feel good knowing I got a quality system installed. I recommend Rabbit Heating and Air 100%.

We used Rabbit Heating & Air to replace our 24 yr old furnace in our crawlspace & install new Central Air. They arrived on time, work masks due to covid & throughout duration of the job. They completed the entire job in 1 day. They put down coverings & cleaned up so well. The furnace & AC passed City Inspection with 1 visit. The crew was instructed by Rick to remove old insulation & re-connect a vent.
They were efficient from start to finish. They performed every detail as Rick instructed them to do. They didn't try to sale anything extra. The end costs were exactly what was on the estimate. Their pricing is very fair. They answered all of our questions. Rick showed us how to replace the filter & basic information. Barb assisted with the financing on the phone, it was critical in the process.

Mark from Rabbit explained thoroughly my furnace's problem and cost alternatives. I decided to replace the entire non functioning furnace and he got in install scheduled for the very next day. The team was fast and did a nice job. Cleaned up after themselves too! I had a follow up call to them regarding a drain pipe and Mark was back out in two hours to make a modification to better suit our site. Thanks Mark, for providing great customer service! I'll use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish this company is one of the best I've every dealt with. Amazing people and great workers. They are thorough, kind and hard working. They were able to get me in for set up of my AC almost right away. They came out made sure everything was covered so nothing would get damaged or dirty. The job was a tough one and they worked all day at it.
Everyone was courteous and polite and their financing options are so helpful. They are very fair with their pricing as well! I will be using them again for any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

Rick is a fantastic person to work with, and his team Alex and others are hard workers who do the job right. We had 3 quotes for a new AC system and theirs was the most honest & reasonable with a high quality product and excellent service. Rick and his team were so great and helpful in a time of need and so close to the holidays! A neighbor of mine referees Rabbit heating. My furnace went out on me finally and I didn't realize until late in the evening. I called after hours and spoke with rick. He was very Informative and helpful. The owner is very knowledgeable. He was more interested in getting me the best equipment for the size of my house rather than just letting me buy the most expensive system. I bought a furnace from them and a year later i upgraded to central air. In my opinion and i did my research. i got not only a killer deal on equipment they supplied but the installers went above and beyond.
Everyone else i know that has central air, you can tell the installer just threw everything in as quick as they could. Not these guys, they really spent a lot of time and effort on the install. I am a skilled tradesman myself so typically my opinion when i hire someone to do work is that i could've done it better. That was definitely not the case this time. i was thoroughly impressed and got way more than my money's worth.
I highly recommend Rabbit Heating and Air. I hope to see this company continue to be successful in a market that is extremely difficult based on how much competition there is out there.

I am pleased with the service. I have used them three times in the past two years. I am pleased with how thorough they are when they visit, but I am more pleased at the fact that they don't gouge me. So far I have had excellent luck. I will use them again in the future. As well, I did not think they were too expensive.
