First we used Nelson's for our business. Installed 2 large units on our roof and it was done ahead of time and our company was grateful for the professionalism on the owner Scott. He knows his stuff. Then our AC had issues at home and he educated me on the current unit, which was old vs you a new unit and I was sold. Again he did a great job and we feel cooler and paying less per month. Our a/c had failed us 3 times last summer, so we had been thinking about overhauling the whole thing for a while. When I scheduled heater maintenance around Nov, I met Scott, and I told him about our situation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave his suggestions without any pressure, which I appreciated. After sitting on it for a couple months, we finally pulled the trigger. Scott's team was very professional, courteous, and efficient.

In 2 days they were able to take apart and dispose of our old furnace, ac, venting, condenser, and replace them all. Additionally, they relocated the heater to the attic crawl space, so we got an extra closet! I cannot express how great everything came out. Scott and his team delivered everything they said they would, and helped give us peace of mind with the oncoming cold and hot days. I would definitely recommend Nelson air for anything heating or air conditioning related.

Highly recommend- great people and great work! We are lucky to have this company in our area to service hvac needs. So many companies send out whoever to look and guess what might be going on with your very expensive equipment and no layman really knows what problems may lie within the elaborate network of pipes, machinery and motors that sit outside the house and in the attic.

This family knows their stuff and doesn't waste your time. My hvac purrs like a kitten now, and I know who to call if I want a no nonsense straightforward fix to whatever may be ailing my system (if it acts up again). Happy!

I called Nelson Air to come to my business to give me a quote. I own a grooming salon and was looking to tap into my current air conditioning unit and run a duct into my kennel room, where we keep the dogs, so they would stay nice and cool as well. The owner came initially to give me the quote and the price was fair. We set up a time for one of his guys to come back to do the job. The guy that came was friendly and did a good job. Two thumbs up.

This company did an amazing job!! My air conditioner broke the Tuesday before 4th of July, and it was very hot out. I called Nelson Air and requested a next day appointment on a very busy four day holiday weekend. The owner was very professional and 'fit' me into his schedule even though I requested a last minute appointment.
