If I could give more stars I would! My service technician was Gerald Largo and he was super! He came and explained everything he was going to do to check and service my unit. He showed me pictures of all of the components of my AC and explained their functions. Pretty much everything checked out super but attention was needed on a couple of items, which he showed me through pictures.
After getting my okay he fixed them that same day then showed me pictures of the work he did. He is such a knowledgeable, polite, and hard working man! Emergency Air Heating and Cooling provide wonderful follow up service in the products they sell.

I can't say enough good things about Gerald Largo. He went above and beyond what I have ever seen any other tech in the industry do. Gerald made us feel like we were his best friends or family. Tech came in with good knowledge. Took his time to explain and suggest items I might need without being too pushy. Went through the entire system. The last guy didn't spend the time up in the attic as this tech did. I felt like I was being taken care of. The only complaint I would have is the processing fee. I get it but pretty high IMO.

I manage several properties throughout the valley and always can depend on Emergency Air. They have a great system where they keep me as landlord informed of what's going on at all times while working with tenant to schedule an appt that aligns with their schedule. I highly recommend GERALD, if you can get on his schedule! Gerald shares photos/videos, takes the time to answer questions and provide updates on/evidence of system performance.
I was concerned about the capacitor failing on a tenant and he took the time to contact the manufacturer to see if we could get it covered by the warranty, since it was falling far out of spec. I appreciate him going above and beyond to keep our system healthy, lengthen its life and keep our tenants cool and safe. He knows his stuff!

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

William Erickson performed annual maintenance of our heating and cooling system. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the readings he checked. He did an outstanding job cleaning the outside machinery. He cleaned up after himself after coming down from the attic. He is a very courteous and friendly employee. I have been really happy with Emergency Air over the last few years. I signed up for their maintenance program and they send a technician out a few times a year to make sure my units are running smooth and give them a much needed cleaning. Yesterday they sent Gerald out and he was super professional and educated me on some the process, things to look out for, and even looked at a mini-split unit I have in my garage which isn't even part of my maintenance plan.
I was super satisfied and was informed about some bacteria I have growing in the blowers. He went over some different options to take care of the issue and it felt great to know that I will be able to take care of it right away before it gets into the ducts and becomes a major problem. Still a satisfied customer.

My technician Jose Mata, was the best technician I've ever had come and do maintenance under my plan. He explained everything, took pictures, and really did a great cleaning of the system. I was thinking about canceling my 5yr contract with Emergency Air because of the poor service. I'm sure glad I didn't. The new owners have implemented new standards of service and hired people like Jose Mata who take pride in their work. Than you!

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me, what he was going to do. After he had completed the maintenance on my A/C units, he showed me photos of before and after. He cleaned up the outside units. All of the leaves and debri were removed from inside the units cover. He was very polite and enrolled me in the Hero's Program. I would recommend to service any owners of A/C units.

Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.

My air conditioner was not blowing cold and not cooling down. I called to book an appointment for service. Andrew arrived and Had it up and blowing cold in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He explained that I had some blown fuses and replaced them immediately. He thoroughly checked my whole system from thermostat, to air handler and of course the air conditioner itself. 118 degrees outside. And he was on the roof. Thanks Andrew! You saved the day! Dispatching did a great job orchestra ting the service.

Gerald Largo was our maintenance technician. Gerald did an exceptional job at explaining each and every detail about our air conditioner and the work he was doing. His friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Gerald took before and after pictures as he was explaining what he was checking.
