Professional team, Alex Sunny Zion, came out to unclog our main drain. They showed the camera view and recommended what would be the best service for the future of the house. Will contact them again and recommend to friends and family.

Called Steve's plumbing on November 6 and told them I needed some work done in my home. They sent Michael on November 7 to inspect my home. Michael came and introduced himself he was very friendly. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me my estimate and said he be back tomorrow at 9am. Michael came on time and did my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, my pipes and outside faucets.

I am so happy with the work Michael did he made it look excellent. Michael also explained to me how to use my new kitchen faucet. Michael did a excellent job. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly and said if I need anything else done just call. You have a excellent employee. I will be calling Steve plumbing from now on.

I initially had a clogged sink that was completely blocked and wouldn't drain. Revitalize, the plumber at Steve's Plumbing worked hard and was very nice and professional. He found that the sewer line wasn't only completely blocked on one end, but it was also broken and had debris in it and it had to be cut out and replaced. A very expensive job, but the sink works great now. Thanks Tevita! Great guy!

The biggest mahalos ever to Cy McElroy for handling the emergency plumbing repairs (on Kauai) for my rental. After seeing the work he and his team did I knew I wanted him to handle the plumbing jobs in my own home. I requested him for my job and got the same outstanding, impressive work. Wow. Amazing work! It was a very good decision to call Steve's Plumbing again. These guys are awesome. They totally work with you on what particulars you might need in the job. Awesome work. Kerry R. was the plumber on site who did great work. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was in loop with any changes or adjustments. Kerry also took the time to help me move some things to make room for him to work. I can't tell you the relief I get as a disabled veteran when I call Steve's and get plumbers like Kerry. Michael was able to come out the same day. He was super helpful and explained all the things to me (without mansplaining!). He even offered to do a free home inspection because he was familiar with the age of the systems in my neighborhood. Luckily the pipes got a clean bill of health and I got peace of mind. My new favorite plumbers!

Our solarwater heater pump died the other day. From the start of the call, Beth (I think) answered my call right away and took all my information down. Levi came that same day and did a quick check and created the scope of work. That same day, Ryan came out at 7 pm on a Monday night with the replacement parts and started working. He explained all the steps that were being done.

In addition, we were replacing both our anode rods in the tank (preventive), and while Ryan wasn't able to get the rod out with a breaker bar (even with a lot of elbow grease and pb blaster), he came back the next day again at 7 pm with some better tools. He was able to get 1 of the rods, and replaced it. His work is solid, and doesn't leave until I was satisfied and the work was done at top notch. Highly recommend Steve's Plumbing

I would recommend Steve's Plumbing 100%. The plumber who came to my house was Sunny. He was very professional, kind and genuinely wanted to to help. He explained everything he was doing and provided some useful tips and advice. He was very respectful of my home and left the place spotless, cleaner then when he arrived! Very happy with the work.

Recently needed urgent repair and Rodney Leas was our licensed plumber. Rodney quickly identified the issue and he got the the work done. He also sent before and after pics! Now we are up to code. He is truly a great technician and worth every penny! I will refer him to all my friends and family.

Kris was great! Above and beyond. I made an appointment to get my water heater checked for any potential leaks, as well as for money and energy efficiency. (this year's jump in electricity prices has been very hard on our family finances) Kris answered all of our questions - and I always have a lot! So informative. Doing your own research is one thing, but sometimes you "don't know what you don't know." Can't wait to get a new energy/costs saving water heater and ALSO an all house water filtration system.

I didn't even know those existed! (Who has the time and money to keep up with their water filters? Water bottles? So much waste.) Very excited. Can't wait to see the results. Mahalo!

Part 2: Ryan and Kai did an awesome job of descaling and cleaning out the pipe that leads to the sewer! They saved us a lot of money just by not having to dig up the ground. The descaling and clearing of the drain line did the job of making the water flow to the sewer.

Thank you very much! Part 3 9/19: Ryan D and Ryanson made a courtesy call to our house to check our bathtub. He made sure that the main drain line and clean out were in working condition! Fortunately, everything checked out in working order. He is a valuable asset to the company and offers great customer service! 9/22: Contacted Steve's Plumbing and Sunny S Came out to assist us. He provided excellent customer service and made sure that our plumbing was in working order. Fortunately, only a few minor adjustments were made. Thank you very much.

Matt and Brandon came out to do a plumbing inspection as part of our Ohana Club benefit. They were very thorough and listened to several issues we have had. Their inspection found a few slow draining drains and low water pressure. They were able to fix everything at the time of the inspection. Matt and Brandon were professional, personable and efficient. We are very happy with their service!

We called Steve's plumbing when we had an emergency with the water from washer draining poorly in my condo. My plumber (Paul S.)was able to arrive at the unit within 30 minutes. He conducted the repairs to the washer drain pipes quickly and at a good price. I am very happy with the service!

Our house was in desperate need of plumbing repair with leaking pipes and clogged drains. Thankfully Ryan Daniels from Steve's Plumbing showed up and after thorough investigation recommended a course of action to fix all the issues. This included replacing all old galvanized drain lines up to the city sewer line which meant digging and trenching up all old pipes and replacing with modern ABS pipes.

This was no easy task but Ryan and his crew was up to the task with professional enthusiasm and hard, hard work. Ryan constantly keep us updated on what they were doing and what the status was. Called to get our bath tub fix and was greeted with great customer service. In less than an hour, they were able to send a technician (Ryan) to check it out. Ryan went above and beyond when it came to fixing our tub. The service was fast and effective. He was very passionate about his job. Would totally recommend.

Contacted Steve's Plumbing and spoke with Leka regarding a clog bath tub at one of my property managements. She was very professional and was able to schedule me on the same day within two hours time. Matt was the plumber that came out to take care of the clog. He was professional, informative and I have to say he went above and beyond what I expected him to do. He actually cleaned up the bath tub which most plumbers wouldn't have done. He definitely exceeded our expectations!

Brian and Justin did an amazing job replacing our 2 toilets. They were so friendly and quick. They worked really well as a team and made the process so seamless.
