Patrick was great to work with. We called to get an A/C and furnace replacement. He was able to get us an estimate and scheduled for the replacement quickly. His team arrived on time, completed the work and left the area completely clean. We had a minor issue after the install. Patrick was very quick to respond and worked hard to make sure it was right. Overall PGX was great to work with and I would highly recommend. It's obvious that Patrick cares about his customers and making sure he provides the best service possible.

I spoke to a gentleman named Patrick over the phone regarding my furnace. I only had to explain the issue to him once. He came out promptly on the set date and time scheduled. He recognized the issue within one minute of arrival. And fixed it the issue within five minutes of arrival. The price of the maintenance and repair was significantly less than their competitors.

We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem. Patrick came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the gas valve and the furnace has been working properly ever since. He even responded to me when he was on vacation to help us get to the bottom of the problem. Professional, on-time, caring, friendly, responsive, patient, intelligent and knowledgeable are a few thoughts that come to mind when I think of Patrick.

After having another repairman mess up installing a fan in my old furnace then an electrical shirtage due to storms i was SOL, then come Patric at PGX, him and another installed a brand new furnace for me, helped me through a tough time and were so understanding (even when i ran into more issues after!) I dont know how to thank them! They were professional, timely, cleaned up everything after as well! Mu new furnace is 10000% better them my old one!
They even told me about issues i didnt even know i had! They never pressured me or gave super unnecessary high qoutes like many of the others i had come out! Definitely give them a call when you have problems, its worth it!
