Jimmy was the technician this time. He was nice and about his business. After looking the inside unit he explained about using the proper filter as changed it for me. He worked on the outside unit and explained it was dirty and needed to be cleaned and another mechanism. He said the work would take about 1.5 hours. He was done in about an hour. I was very pleased with Jimmy's work. #aRaiseForJimmy Jimmy was my technician for a second time! Very professional and courteous.

This was a seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system technician completed it and informed me that the system is working perfectly and all systems are go! My second year using Beltway HVAC. The recs are always courteous, friendly and good at what they do. They listen to you if your having an issue with your system. I highly recommend them!

Mr Jimmy was absolutely great. I got more than I paid for. He took his time got things done & explained things about my system and how to maintain it and even treated my AC that I thought was done for. These are the people who I turn to for my heating and cooling needs from now on.

So your Tech CJ is all done, I'm an MHIC licensed contractor and home builder and a Superintendent on Critical mechanical infrastructure jobs on Military bases in the 10-20 million dollar range and have a mechanical and electrical engineering back ground so when I say I know a professional when I see one you can bet I do. CJ is by far with out a shadow of a doubt the most knowledgable thorough HVAC service tech I have ever dealt with in 30 plus years of the industries I work in.

Not only was he over the top impressive with every thing he did but the prices for the services performed were very reasonable as well. I will be sending an email out to all my friends and family and my neighbors in our 420 home community telling them about the experience I had with CJ and your company. A competing company whose name I don't remember I solicited for there special knowing I needed the condenser cleaned and asked them for a ball park and they wanted $159 for the service call and inspection and stated the condenser cleaning service was between $6-800 dollars.

So obviously I didn't schedule with and saw your advertisement the following day on FB. I will be calling your company when it's time to replace my unit and will be looking forward to Having CJ complete the work.

Beltway def took great care of me and my wife. The technician that came out was so nice and the company just had great employees all around. To me thats what makes a great company. Plus hearing Baby Bear on the radio, come on. how can you not hire this company! Highly recommend!

Every tech that has come out to service my unit has been exceptional. Big shout out to Haden for finding and alerting me to a problem and potential fire hazard on his call a couple weeks ago and to Moe today for coming out to install the new disconnect part. They are so very professional and knowledgeable. Very courteous, kind and respectful. I'm on the family plan and feel very secure knowing Beltway is making sure my unit stays safe and well maintained. Another great service call by Moe today. Always so helpful and professional! The only reason I didn't give Beltway 5 stars is because of not being on time. My service was between 12&4. Technician did not arrive until 5:15. However, the technician was very professional and apologetic. This is a good quality product that we will invest in with Beltway for many years to come.

CJ arrived on time. Talked through my issues. Examined system inside and out. Made relevant suggestions, did not try to upset, and left me knowing more about the system in my house than before he came.

Thanks to Beltway Air Conditioning and Heating for coming out to do a maintenance check on my air conditioning. Always have great service from this company and everyone from the customer service at the office to the technicians are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Haden came today to do the check and was on time and answered any questions I had.

He even put up with my dog getting in his way and was very kind to her. Anyone who likes dogs is okay in my book! We talked about his dogs too and I thought that was great. We had a great experience with Beltway AC. Destiny in their office is fantastic and was very helpful getting our financing fixed. we had a full hvac install and it went really quick and smooth. Lloyd C and his guys did a great job. Arik A also did the install for the air ionizer the Next day and it was smooth and quick as well. They were fast, clean and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

I updated my review based on how my displeasure was handled and the impeccable follow up customer service I received. Gil is nothing short of amazing and Jimmy has a very promising career ahead of him with the opportunity to learn even more which says a lot about a company! He was extremely polite and well mannered. I would definitely use this company again and they are local, respond quickly and prioritize the work which is awesome.

Update 6/14: Quincy and Arik have been awesome both times they've come. We even ask for them by name, and Beltway grants our request. Great conversation, they explain everything well, and are so quick. We have the family maintenance plan where they come out and tune up the HVAC in the winter and A/C in the summer. It's much more efficient and affordable than most other companies and they're always in and out.

Jimmy serviced and cleaned our AC unit, was very informative about the condition, and advised what to do to keep it in shape and what might need work in the future. He was great!

Jimmy came out today to service my 12 year old HVAC system and was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained what he saw and did and showed me pictures on his cell phone of my HVAC system parts that need attention - and recommended several service actions to keep my system running efficiently. I trusted him, so I decided to have the work done. I highly recommend this company!

Looked on Yelp when I needed my heater fixed and I'm glad I found Beltway Air Conditioning and Heating! Very prompt and efficient service.they even came by my house and dropped off a portable heater to hold me over until they could complete my repairs. I called bc my AC went out. I expected to have to wait several days to have someone come out but they dispatched in the same day! From the first call about scheduling an appointment through the visit/ repair, I was very happy and felt confident in them. Hanna and Dave were friendly, prompt and helpful. Dave educated me on some things to do and not do, changed my air filter (he certainly didnt have to do that), fixed the problem and made sure everythibg was running well before ge left. Feeling much cooler and comfortable now that my AC is running in this massive heat wave : )
