Chris was my technician and I found him and the office staff to be very professional and responsive to my air conditioner issue. As a senior with senior animals not having my air working was very uncomfortable. I would use total comfort solutions again and request Chris and will recommend them to my neighbors. My mother's new AC unit wasn't working properly and was blowing hot air. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. The tech was very friendly and efficient and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to fix it right away and didn't break our wallet. Should be your go to if you need help for Heating/Cooling in the High Desert. Thank you for taking care of my mom for me. Really appreciate it.

The initial salesman was very knowledgeble and personable. The installers were incredibly unintrusive. Three men spent two days in my home with very little disruption. They were respectful of my property, space and privacy. And left my home clean AND MUCH COOLER. My husband and I would be proud to recommend this Company to our most discerning friends.

My heater had gone out and at the most inconvenient of times. It has started to snow that day, cold, windy, and my call was I'm sure unexpected. However the team and technician were so very understanding and responsive to my concerns and issues and were very considerate by squeezing my family in at such a time. They notified me when coming over and on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, went stright to work on installing new aero cool unit and new wall heater. Very respectful of my house and closed up before they left. Everything was cleaned up too. Very happy with this service. Thank you. Had my cooling system closed and heating turned on. Oscar came out on time checked out my swamp cooler told me what the issue was and took care of it right away and now I'm sitting comfortably in my house enjoying cool air blowing in. They installed an a/c unit and two weeks later a new hot water heater. The work was done with the utmost personal care they work like they are working on their own house. It's the little extra touches they do that make the job done right! Highly recommend this company for any job you need done with Plumbing.

Excellent customer service! I left a message the evening before and got a call right as the business opened. I was given an appointment time between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and the technician arrived at 10:30 am. Service was fast and professional. The technician solved the problem fast and got our ac running within minutes of his arrival. I would recommend this business to anyone!

I only had a short window available for service. They were able to fit me in. I was concerned the entire heater would have to be replaced. John fixed it and was able to make sure the heater was operating safely even though it is very old. Communication is tops! I hate waiting around for contractors to come when it best suites their needs. Total Comfort Solutions sends me texts as a reminder as well as letting me know a time window they will be at my house and then another text letting me the service technician is on his way. Then they back up great communication with quality service at a good value!

Came home friday to find out that my A/C didn't work. : I called up about 5 different places and was told that they wouldn't be able to come to look at my A/C until next week! I came across total comfort solutions and they were able to come the very next day on a holiday weekend which was great! The price was affordable, service was great and my A/C was fixed the same day in a few hours! I highly recommend!

Called John to ask about getting annual maintenance done on my unit and he was able to come by within the hour. He tested everything very thoroughly on the roof, every room with a vent, and even in the attic to make sure everything was working as intended. He cleaned the coils and replaced my air filter too. He also gave me a breakdown of all the services he provided to include before and after photos and the future service he will provide as part of my maintenance plan. Very glad John was recommended to me and I will be recommending him to others as well.
