The Bee Heat & AC

I contacted The Bee and they respond first thing the next morning. They were at my door an hour later. Obed came and installed my thermostat and he was awesome, very respectful and professional. Unfortunately later that day my AC started acting up. (No fault of the bee it was just the unit itself.) It was later in the evening so we did have to wait for the next day, but even then they came as soon as they could. Fixed the issue and everything was back up and running! I greatly appreciate Obed and the team and highly recommend!

Very friendly when scheduling our first appointment, which was necessary because our AC failed the night before we departed on a trip! They happily scheduled a tech to fix it the morning after our return, on a Sunday! Extremely well organized and informative, from seeing a photo of the tech who was coming to our door to getting text updates prior to his arrival and lots of written and photo documentation afterwards.

Their professionalism is through the roof -- we happily signed up for regular maintenance with them because they totally exceeded expectations (as well as our prior experiences with HVAC folks in other locations). We only wish we could give them MORE stars!

We ended up getting new air conditioner, furnace and tankless water heater a couple of years ago from The Bee. We appreciated that they were honest with us and told us we didn't have to replace right away. Appreciated no hard sell. It was affordable and work was done in a very timely manner. Very nice and professional from office to technicians.

I do not typically post reviews, but because The Bee Heat and AC did such an exceptional job in repairing my AC at a reasonable fee, I felt it important to let others know. My 5-year old Lennox AC has not worked optimally for 3 summers. Three other HVAC companies have tried to make it work right, but failed. They all blamed the company that did the initial installation, even though it worked fine the first two years.

The Bee technician took his time, analyzed the AC performance, evaluated the necessary AC specifications for my space, , executed a diagnostic and discovered the issue. He then provided a reasonable repair quote to which I agreed to, and he repaired it on the spot. Its worked perfectly since then.really, even better than when brand new because he tweaked some of the settings so it ran more efficiently and effectively.

After trying some of the more well known companies offering HVAC repair, paying a lot of money, and the AC still not working right, I'm now a forever fan of The Bee Heat and AC.

Nice and quick responses. Their technician root caused the issue and repair my A/C within 1 hour with reasonable cost while another company told me it can't be fixed but only can replace the entire HVAC system. Great and honest HVAC professional that I can trust and definitely will retain them for my next project.

I found the Bee Heat and AC to be reasonably priced, professional, on time, and did quality work. I didn't feel pressured, there was no high pressure sales tactics which I significantly appreciate.

This company was very prompt in responding to my furnace concerns. They fixed the furnace issue quickly. I thought my furnace would have to be replaced. The service tech Adrian said it did not need replacing. I appreciate the honesty. With heavy snowstorm on the way, I was relived to have it fixed.

We had our old boiler replaced and some baseboard heat piping replaced by Adrian at The Bee. They were timely and very affordable. Howard (owner) was happy to work with me on any issues i had, including an issue i had which had nothing to do with his work. He came out free of charge, diagnosed and fixed my issue. I highly recommend The Bee!

I don't really ever leave reviews. This company earned our business through a competitive bid process. We put them against 6 other local companies and they rose to the top. By happenstance, we got a fantastic deal on some top of the line equipment. We were shopping to replace our janky old evaporative cooler and 30 year old oversized furnace.

We upgraded to full central air and a modern furnace. Howard came out and gave us a quote, measured up the job, and was honest and straight forward (never attempted to oversell, and in fact, sold us on proper equipment that wasn't top of the line efficiency since we'd likely never recover the cost). Russell and Obed came out and busted their behinds and were super professional and diligent. Cleaned up the job site and even threw in a few add ons when they found an issue (for instance, hole in exhaust on water heater). I'd recommend anyone who is looking for HVAC work to at least have them come out to bid. Outstanding work, competitive prices, and excellent work force.

This is my second experience with this company. They came out really quick on a sunday. Adrian was my technician, and he was polite, professional, and a really nice guy. Since it couldnt be fixed, he came with a new water heater the next morning and got me up and running again. For the second time, great work for a fair price.thanks!

They have been consistently punctual, and came back as many times as they needed to in order to get it right and leave the job finished with the high quality and a happy customer.

Thier customer service was unbelievable. They worked over Christmas weekend to keep my property from freezing. They did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. So good, in fact, that I hired them for a second job.

I had been quoted a much smaller unit from another company had doubts that it would do the job. Howard was straight forward with me and told me it wouldn't. Deep down I knew it wouldn't because I had researched it myself. If you have to question if something is right for you, it probably isn't.

I just wanted to commend the terrific job this Company did! I had 3 Companies come out here and NO ONE resolved my problem. The Man who came out here was able to figure out that it was a simple clogged pipe that was freezing up my system! Went 2 summers without AC because of this stupid mistake! This Company is terrific! The team with busy bee were very professional and knowledgeable about the industry and efficiencies. They were a delight to deal with and we were very pleased with the service they provided. Our 20 year system failed and needed replacement. They were very responsive to our needs. During the project they were conscious and respectful of our property and kept a clean working environment. We will be using them again in the future.

Getting my Summer place ready for a long trip in June. Didn't realize my air conditioning wasn't working as I haven't needed it. Needless to say I just wanted a simple solution free of hassle. Luckily this place fit that to a tee. Ask for Howard if you can. I was up and running again within a day. Friendly and no hassle not much more to ask for.
