Superior came out and installed a new furnace with zone controls and central air unit. Rudy and Gavin did a great job. Worked tirelessly for 2 days sunup to sundown to make sure the job was done right. They explained how to use everything and made sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered prior to leaving each day. Superior using only the best materials and at a fair price. Their communication is 2nd to none. Texts, phone calls, emails, face to face. 100% top notch.
Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing Heating/Cooling work done.

We replaced our old AC and furnace last year with Superior. We had comparison shopped and chose Superior for their reputation and the services and choices they offer, as well as comparable pricing. Tony came to our home to inspect what we had, to explain different options with pros/cons of all choices. Their team of Justin and Donald and another technician were prompt, professional, courteous, and left no mess behind.
We were very surprised they could do the furnace and AC all in one day. It's been almost a year and we are very happy we chose Superior. Shortly after this work was done, we needed a gas line opened for a new gas stove and they were also able to do this for us. This is a great company to work with. We highly recommend them.

1st, Id like to say is what and Incredible experience I had with Superior Heating and Cooling. Called and the Lady that answered was so nice. She sent out Greg to check my older ac unit. My old system failed and Greg gave me an estimate that was lower than previous quotes. I Jumped on the estimate, had a furnace in with the quote cause my unit was over 20 yrs old. 2 days later, ETHAN, DONALD AND ZACH came to install my new Rhem system.
They worked all day long, and didnt see take any breaks or lunch. They worked as a team and it was quite nice to see that these days. they were friendly and very knowledgeable of their skills. After completion of install, they explained and taught me all components of my new system. They did not leave till I understood everything about the unit. I bought them pizza for staying focused on this job. My opinion is they are a "VALUABLE ASSET" to Superior Comfort.

Greg initially came out after hours when our furnace went out. He was prompt and didn't charge an arm and leg. He fixed the furnace but eventually we bought a new HVAC and HALO from superior. Justin, Neven, and Rudy came out and they were very respectful to me and my home and we're cautious carrying everything in an out. The system is very nice and we are happy with their service.

Called Superior at approximately 8am this morning. (Our furnace was running but there was no warm air blowing.) Had the pleasure of speaking with Lynn who asked when we were available. Then set us us for between 9-11. Zach arrived around 9am and left about 946. He's such an efficient and pleasant young man. Superior Comfort to the rescue! I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

We've used this company for the last 7 years for our annual maintenance of our furnace and AC. They are prompt and very professional. Ken M was here earlier in the week to address concerns I had about heat distribution of our furnace. It's an older unit almost 20 years old. He gave it a good clean and check. Adjusted things and talked over some potential reasons for my concerns.
We talked replacing my units in the near future gave me an estimate of what to expect for that. They will be back in the spring do check the A/C I can't recommend highly enough they do what is necessary and never try to sell you on stuff you don't need. They are polite and courteous. Definitely use if you live in the Down river area!

Superior did a fantastic job. They were able to come out the same day our furnace went out and began the new installation. Tyler and Thomas were very professional and friendly. They walked me through the system once it was installed and left the job site cleaner then they found it. I can't recommend Superior enough and we are very happy with the service.
