First time home owner here & I had reached out to several other companies before theirs explaining my situation about my thermostat, they are the only ones that called me back + kept me informed. One of the owners came out himself & checked what I was trying to explain. He was extremely helpful & they are custom making me a drip pan for my unit / installing my smart thermostat! I called during a heat wave, and they had a technician out the very next day. Technician was clean, well versed, and polite. Went straight to work and solved the problem with ease. I just got my 609 Certification and Universal Certification in HVAC, the Technician did everything the correct way. No lies, no strings, just honest work. I REALLY COMMEND THAT. During these times, its good to know that an HONEST company is out there. I will recommend using these people to everyone of my neighbors.

Our AC went out overnight during this early June heat wave. Called Rhymes early in the morning and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule later in the afternoon. Very appreciative they could get to us as I know they are very busy! Adam was very knowledgeable and shared information about our system as he worked. I wanted to get quotes for replacing my furnace and air conditioning units as they are 19 yrs old. I thought I should get my "ducks in a row" before I had an issue as I was told last summer I wouldn't be able to get my freon any longer. This place is great! Steve arrived on time, was professional and sent me my bids (4 to be exact) before the day was over!

I called Rhymes yesterday morning (our 3rd 100 degree day in a row) and they said they would not be able to come until today (Thurs afternoon). about an hour or so after the initial contact they called me back and the Service Manager came out himself at about 2 pm and got me up and running. He said that he normally doesn't do these calls but he was so great to come out and get me fixed up and then he said he doesn't carry the tablet to get my invoice or take my payment. They emailed it to me today to take care of online. I have called them in the past and they are always great. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Needed an estimate to replace old equipment. Salesman came out to our house to discuss our options. Asked a lot of questions. Talked about the best options based on our answers. We felt he listened well and presented the best equipment for our needs. Explained the costs and benefits of the options he presented.

We have worked with Rhymes Heating and Cooling for many years and are always pleased with their service. This time our furnace had gone out, just before Christmas. However we had many of our adult children returning home for the holidays (we have six). But with the weather turning colder needed it replaced fast. We paid a small fee to make that happen but were so pleased they were able to accommodate our needs before the holiday. We cannot tell you how much we have appreciated a working furnace during this cold snap!

Adam B. Great tech. The only one I want to work on my furnace/AC. unit. As long as he works for Rhymes I'll request him. If he moves to another company I'll use that company. A few years ago we had a problem with the furnace and Rhymes sent three different techs here over a two day period. They couldn't figure out the problem. Adam B. showed up and fixed the problem in fifteen minutes. That's why I consider him the best.

I was able to get an appointment the same week I called for service. Mike was on time, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He backfilled my boiler tank which was almost empty, and got all of my radiators working in tiptop condition. The charge for the work was extremely reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

What a great experience! We used Rhymes to install a new ac/furnace/thermostat, and we are so happy with our choice. Steve was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered our many questions. We felt very good about the high quality of the equipment he was recommending for our needs, and Rhymes was very competitive in terms of price. They worked hard to secure our equipment, despite industry challenges related to COVID-19, and the install and office teams were great too (very efficient and helpful).
