Technician Andrew cane out and diagnosed the problem, explained everything as he worked and went the extra mile to do the job correctly. He had all the tools and parts with him and even took pictures and made voice memos as he worked! Highly recommended. A1 customer service which is rare these days.

Hunter, was the technician that came out to assist me. From the time when had our first initial meet to see how bad my old unit was to the end out they installation. Him and the team were professional, nice and well versed in they knowledge to explain everything each step of the way. They price was super reasonable. They true work with you to make sure you and your family are good to go in this crazy weather.

First let me say that I rather buy a car than have to buy air conditioning and heating. I did my due diligence and had multiple quotes to replace my systems. Vito came in and was the most knowledgeable and customer friendly person to arrive at my house. I didn't feel like just another customer with AirMaxx Mechanical. I was given sound advice, he listened to my questions and issues, and provided the best value.

Second VITO and Drew spent a week with us to replace my 17 year old system. The quality of work, communication, and care provided to my job was second to none. You can tell when a person is passionate about what they do and Vito and Drew were excellent with finding existing problems from the builder and making sure that my Trane units, humidifier, and air purifier, and new duct work were installed correctly to provide service for many years to come. Vito and Drew are a great team and I would highly recommend Airmaxx Mechanical and their team.

This was a wonderful experience getting my home AC and furnace replaced. Hunter came out and assessed everything thoroughly with us. They were by far the best value and quickest with availability and in stock access to products. We decided to go with the 16 seer Trane ac unit with 80% furnace. Installation was very quick and thorough. They came out to check on us and answered all of our questions. Very professional from beginning to end we couldn't be happier. Our old HVAC was generating fault warnings so we reached out to friends for referrals, AirMaxx Mechanical came highly recommended. A technician was dispatched, his name is Hunter. He was very friendly and we immediately recognized his expertise. The problem was diagnosed and after listening to us, he gave some very sound recommendations. Hunter and John arrived on time, were very efficient, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. They got my my hvac unit back and running, explained to me in great detail what and why. During the visit, they unexpectedly changed out my thermostat under warranty and patiently walked me through all of the settings. They didn't have to take the extra time, in the middle of summer, with a fully loaded schedule, but they did and did so with a smile and I'm extremely grateful. Witnessing these young men display rarely encountered qualities of the past is very encouraging. I couldn't ask for more from any company but I won't call another company for any of my hvac needs, unless Hunter starts his own company.

I would like to give i big shout out to Josh, he came out and gave me his honest opinion on my replacement. Josh and his crew did a fantastic job, i know it was hard during the rain but they maintained cleanliness and i was very impressed Thank you guys. After installation was complete He went over the fine details of the system and showed us how to use the thermostat. This is a great company to work with Thanks to all.

Heat pump had a defrost cycle problem to that turned out to be difficult to fix. Josh did an excellent job of sticking with it and chasing down a problem that had been elusive. A different company had given up and told me to go elsewhere. Glad I found Airmaxx and Josh!

Stroke of luck finding Airmaxx - woke up with no A/C in a 100 degree week, went to the Trane website and found them as an authorized service company. Submitted a request for assistance online - received a call about 30 minutes after they had opened advising they could be at my house between 4-7pm that afternoon (I'll take it). Received a call back in an hour stating someone could be there between 12-4pm (even better!) Josh from Airmaxx arrived, friendly, professional (in a company van with a company shirt, plus a face covering for pandemic times) - listened to my description of what I had found.

He diagnosed and explained the problem quickly, showed me the old/new parts and advised exactly what was being done. The repair was fast, correct and the house started cooling immediately, family of 5 went to sleep in comfort after a balmy day of 86 degrees in the living room. Unit was seven years old with no prior problems, glad to have purchased a Trane, and equally glad to have found Airmaxx & Josh when something went awry. Thanks again - highly recommend Airmaxx.

Airmaxx was quick to respond. And very fairly priced. The technician, Cody and Hunter, were Great. He explained everything and did a great job. He needed to order a part which came the next day. We were without heat for one night and they offered to bring over some heaters for the night at no extra charge. I will continue to use Airmaxx for any future needs!

Airmaxx was there for us when we had an emergency with our old air handler leaking water. Colonial plumbing couldn't come out til late, and Airmaxx came same day. Josh was courteous and professional. We now have a new Trane heat pump and air handler, high efficiency model, and couldn't be happier. We are now Airmaxx customers. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly pleased with the responsiveness, customer service and professionalism that I received from my initial maintenance service request from AirMaxx Mechanical. I had a unique situation where the President of AirMaxx mechanical stepped in with an offer of help that was further supported by Harley with ordering and scheduling a part and Josh and Jeremiah that serviced my unit and made the necessary repairs. They went above and beyond and took great pride in their work. Very appreciative and grateful for their help.

Our air conditioning unit stopped working last evening. Around 8:30 AM, Airmaxx Mechanical was called to request a service call. At 1:00 pm Steven Warren, a service technician arrived at our house. He was very professional on his arrival and them repaired the air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about our Trane air conditioner and very. efficient in his work.

He explained to me the problem and what he was doing as he proceeded to do the repair. He offered a maintenance contract and explained the terms and cost. He presented the bill, which was paid by credit card and thanked me for choosing AirMaxx Mechanical. I was very pleased with the service received from AirMaxx Mechanical and particularly with Steven Warren, the service technician!

Eric came out in a jiffy to fix our ac! I was looking for honest and reliable and they blew that expectation out of the water my heart has exploded with gratitude! they will most certainly be who I call anytime I need assistance!

I was in need of a new heatpump. Got Quotes from a couple different companies Airmaxx had the best price! They were able to put it in the following week. The work they did looked good and the unit works great!

We moved into our home in 2010 and was referred to Neil by a good friend and he has helped us out several times over the years with our continuous refrigerant leaks and just recently swapping out for new HVAC units. They have always been prompt, helpful, respectful, and even educational on everything they have done for us. Def not many companies out there that deliver a customer experience like they have!

I referred a friend of mine to AirMaxx and she was very impressed with the customer service and service in general- her message left at the office was returned promptly and someone was available the following. morning to fix one of her HVAC units. She commented that it was the fastest response she'd gotten from a service company and we both will continue to recommend AirMaxx to others!

After a disastrous first attempt at repair of my old HVAC unit at my rental house with another company, I called Neil Jernigan at Airmaxx Mechanical for one of two bids for a new unit, one from Neil Jernigan at Airmaxx Mechanical, Inc. and one from Woodfin. Neil came right out within 6 hours of my call and met with the tenant and me and promptly notified me that the unit would be expensive to repair and was more than 10 years old and "builder grade." All this was true and accurate.

He warned that repair was "throwing good money after bad" and I agreed. Within 24 hours he and his team were removing the old unit and installing the new! He made special payment arrangements for me as I was a "return customer" and I paid by personal check on the date agreed. He followed up with the tenants to make sure all was well. I would use him again in the future without question.

The difference in the bid with Woodfin was $1000+ higher! Plus Woodfin could not install a new unit for two weeks! The tenant was so happy with Neil's good service and he has my business from now on!
