Our heat went out on a Sunday afternoon. With two small children and how cold the weather is outside, I was rather frantic about getting it turned back on. I called around, no one answered my call. I made a Facebook post to which Mike responded. He sent me a message and was at my house within 15 minutes! He is very kind and professional.
