Chris is a rare find as a service technician. He explains things to you and is very courteous. I felt very comfortable around him and he answered all my questions. We had him work on our central air unit about a year and a half prior to this appointment. It was a no brainier who I was calling when my furnace started acting up. Great experience from Air Comfort Technologies this summer. We needed a new system when it was 97 degrees outside and they installed it 2 days later. Very friendly and professional service. Definitely recommend them over other companies that we tried to use.

We worked with Chris and he was amazing. our system was old and it was time to replace it all. He gave us a quote that gave us a bunch of options and did a great job explaining each one. when we had questions after he left, he was also prompt to answer them. Ann was great as well, scheduling service was simple and they arrived on time. They text you when the are on their way and provide a link so you can see where the technician is and how long until they arrive. Super helpful. The install went great, and we love the new system. They have a customer for life.

Quick to respond and very professional. They are small so I don't think they work on commercial sized equipment or do plumbing but my elderly neighbor said they are responsive and did good work at his house in York.

There was no doubt that Air Comfort Technologies was going to be our choice when we decided to replace our HVAC unit. Chris and his team worked with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and they were vigilante through the entire process to make sure we were understood what was happening. Called these guys for a furnace that wasn't keeping up with the thermostat setting. They showed up on the same day. They gave me an approximate time and then called me half an hour before they showed up. Chris O. Showed up right on time. He put on foot covers so that he didn't track anything into the house. After a very thorough evaluation of the furnace he found the problem. He continued his examination to make sure that there were no other issues. He was very courteous and professional. Great experience.

I would like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to Chris and his team at Air Comfort Technolgies! We were without air conditioning during a very hot week in August, and needed a new unit along with a furnace. When searching for a HVAC group, I checked ACT's facebook page and a pop-up came up that narrowed down my problem, after ansering a few questions I received a phone call from the office.

It was spot on, and they were so professional. The service we received upfront was more than I could have ever expected. His visit that evening was punctual and spot on. Chris shared our options to us and gave us 4 estimates by that evening by email. We made our choice and Chris and his team were out to replace our Air and Furnace promptly. There work was clean and they could not have been any nicer. When someone is hot and needs help, their quick response makes you feel like the ball is set in motion. I would recommend Chris and his team anytime to anyone!

My air stopped working during some of the hottest days this August. I contacted Air Comfort and they were able to come out the same day to check out the issue. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what it would take to fix the problem. Without ANY pressure from Mike I decided it was time to just replace the system and Chris had me a quote that same day. From the original contact on a Wednesday, I had new system installed and working on Monday (5 days including weekend). I was super happy.

Excellent company to work with. We called with problems with our HVAC system and were able to work with them to get a whole new system. Chris sat with us and reviewed all options and gave honest feedback to help us decide how to proceed. New system was installed and functions excellently. After 2 cancellations from another HVAC company who was suppose to come and do maintenance on my heating system, I contacted Air Comfort Technologies and they told me they would be out the next day. I was very impressed with their professionalism and honesty with our system. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a good reputable HVAC company.

Chris was very helpful with all the information we needed. We had a 28 year old system when the AC went out, so we decided to have the heater and AC both replaced. The price was excellent. The really impressive thing was that they came on a Sunday and installed the system in about 6 hours for no extra cost. The new system is a lot more efficient - it cools much quicker and the blower is much stronger. I am sure this will be a much warmer winter for us. I would recommend Air Comfort very highly.

Chris spent time explaining our options and the benefits of each one. He was friendly, prompt, and cleaned up after the installation. As the unit just went in yesterday I can't comment on it's functioning as of yet, but was very impressed with Air Comfort Technologies.

Doesn't try to price gouge you with hourly rates; instead he identified the possible problems and offered potential long term solutions with prices.
