They where polite enough to give me a quote, even though it was outrageous price point, however luckily insured. Told them i would like to contract them for work-- call was never returned. Told them if they can call agency to authorize work--they don't do phone calls. Bare minimum effort here.

Our HVAC system broke at the end of June and our house was over 90degrees! We called Richmond's Air and they were able to get someone out to us the next day and then they were able to assess, deliver a quote, and make the repairs needed so we could actually sleep. Alex and Luis were excellent. They explained the warranty, the routine maintenance I could do to keep the system running well, and the protections that Richmond's put in place to keep our unit running strong. I definitely recommend their service and am glad I called.

Had them come out for an inspection. They were very knowledgeable and looked at everything. Great job and would recommend!

Alex did a great job! They identified the problem quickly & took care of it. We had some cracks in our pipes & were low on freon and they fixed both. Now our AC unit works again and we're up to code and don't have to worry about carbon monoxide issues. We're very happy it's cool in our house again as it's summer in Houston. Will use them again if we have any other issues in the future. Alex was nice, thorough, & explained everything clearly. Thank you!

I noticed the AC wasn't blowing cold air downstairs like normal, but was blowing normally upstairs. I sent Richmond's air a message stating what was going on. After getting home can calling them, they came out to me in 1-2 hrs. I was shocked they could see me the same day. Alex came out and started diagnosing to see what the problem was.

After showing me how to clean the ac unit (gross debris came out) and prevent clogs with drain-o, it seemed like the problem was fixed. If any problems arise, I would happily call Richmond's air again.

Absolutely hands down to Richmond's Air. Initially I had two other A/C quotes and had decided to check Yelp for my last one. After reading several different A/C company reviews Richmond's Air had the highest ratings in quality, customer service and response time. After meeting and going over the quote and product line I had decided on Richmond's Air.

The whole team was nothing but professional and accommodating. Showed up as scheduled and all dressed in clean pressed uniformed shirts. They were very careful not to damage anything, cover the the grounds where they had worked, and cleaned up as if they were next never here. I highly recommend Richmond's air.

Prompt quality service. They back up their work with a 10 year warranty. Requested service and they were able to accommodate me the same day. Another AC company tried to sell me an entirely new unit when all I needed was a coil replaced. Appreciate their honesty.

I had a small issue with clogging in my pipe which was causing the AC to shut off, Richmond Air sent a technician home for a free quote. My technician Luis was extremely friendly, explained the entire situation to me and helped with changing the wiring as well for my thermostat so I will never see the issue again. Highly Recommend their service.

My air was out for a week waiting on a different company to give me a quote after they had been out already. I called Richmond's, explained my problem and they had it fixed in no time. They were fast and professional.

All I've got to say is it's 10pm at night on Monday and they're still here and will be here for another hour at least after my AC unit failed at 3pm this afternoon! In a HOT city like Houston you can't survive without air conditioning! I found them on Yelp less than 24 hours after Harvey destroyed my AC systems at my old house. Same as today, they fixed it that same day!

They've never been mysterious about what's gone wrong during maintenance visits. They've always been prompt and on time and they have 24 hour service by the owner. He answers the phone himself on Sunday evenings if I've needed it. I simply would never trust anyone else! My family and I have been devoted customers since Harvey.

There was no consultation fee, which was awesome and generous. I appreciated that. I like getting a free estimate and diagnosis FIRST before making any final decision. SERVICE ======= Had issues with our AC air flow (some vents had no flow) and James had a professional team (special shout out and thanks to Alex) come out and fixed our situation smoothly and wonderfully. Richie came to unclog the HVAC drainpipe for my house. He is everything I would hope for - knowledgeable, professional, reliable and friendly. He was thorough explaining the process and most impressively, he went beyond the problem I called about - did some extra inspections clearing out potential issues and also gave me some useful regular maintenance advice. I would definitely recommend him and use this company again!

We placed call at 8am for A/C not working, they were at house at 11:30am. Our A/C & heater were very old so we agreed to replacement. Installation crew was at house by 2pm and work was completed at 6pm. Richie was the tech who diagnosed copacitor was not working and got A/C running till the crew with replacement came. Alex was the crews manager and they did a great job with the install.

Richmond Air took great care of me today. I called on Monday and they installed my unit in less than 48hrs. My A/C unit went bad and I needed a professional, knowledgeable, reputable company to replace and haul off the old one. I was absolutely impressed with their professionalism, and attention to detail. Alex and her crew helped me in my time of need.

They programmed my Nest units and showed me how to use them as well as helped me understand my unit programming. I am grateful for Richmond Air during these times as it is nowadays hard to find good service providers for anything. My wife noticed and had me check a drip happening from outside the bedroom. I checked it out, and it was the AC backup flow drain. I noticed it was doing it before but now it's continuous and heavy drip. I went to the trusty Yelp to find a repair company and Richmond AC repair was in the top of the list with 500 reviews and 5 stars- it's the first establishment I saw that I earned 5 stars across the board I read some of the reviews, so I gave them a call.

I spoke to a rep and thought I would get someone out tomorrow or sometime this week. She came back with, how's 2:30 today with Jason. Jason called and arrived early on the premises; I was on call at the moment, so my wife pointed him in the direction of the AC unit. Like a superhero, Jason jumps into action. He identified the issue - a clogged drain pipe and blew out the gunk in the waistline.

In the process, he noticed a running toilet close to the sink drain the AC had utilized. He took a moment to adjust the float ball arm - he took one item off my honey-do list, so it wasn't constantly running.

This company has given us the best service out of many others over the years. We first had the repair are ac a few years back then this winter came and are heat stopped. Well this time I knew who to call and sure enough James came to the rescue I needed the furnace replaced as repairs just were a waste of time and money for a 20 year in my opinion so I elected to go ahead and replace the whole system with an American Standard 16 seer 4 ton and gas high efficiency Furness. Luckily it was early in the day and the crew was able to secure the equipment and get it installed the same day so by that afternoon we had a warm house and now I don't have to worry about anything for the next 10 years. If you're in need of repair or replacement give Richmond's Air a call you'll be glad you did! Oh ya and with complete systems they give you a Iwave air purifier nice bonus.

If you live in Houston you know how HOT it can get. For people its probably a little bit tolerable - definitely too hot for pets to not have ac working. So when my AC unit finally went out yesterday I knew who to call. Richmonds Air was quick to asses what was wrong and gave me my options. The team got here and got to work replacing my old unit. Alex did a great job going over some of the features of my new unit. The rest of the team was courteous, friendly and did an outstanding job. Richmond’s Air is very responsive, reliable and honest. They are everything you’d want in an AC company. We had them come twice in a week because we have a pest issue that keeps blowing our transformers. They answer right away and have a very quick response time. They are extremely polite, hardworking and fast. This is definitely important to me being in Texas during summer months! Both Tiffany & Luis were amazing! We will continue to use this great company! 10/10 recommend!

Five stars! I finally had a truly positive experience with an AC company! I searched various sources and read glowing reviews about Richmond's Air and called them for a second opinion and estimate on a needed repair. I am so happy to say I am now a Richmond's customer. Tiffany was sent to my home to check out my situation. she explained everything very clearly and did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need, did not pressure me in any way and answered any question I had.

I then received an email with a clear list of my options, the items I needed to get back up and running efficiently and what the job would cost. There was nothing ambiguous or confusing at all. This was completely different from the company I USED to deal with! Today the work crew arrived exactly when expected and they were hard at work within minutes.

I expected this major job to take at least 5 - 6 hours. They were finished before lunch, left all work areas cleaner than when they arrived, installed a complete sytem using name brands and common sense. The team (Alex L. , Victor, Tino and Jose) were professional, clean, respectful and efficient. Alex made sure to explain my invoice, my new equipment, the work done and the warranty.
