Miller Gas and Oil

Was quoted one price and charged another! How do you do business like that? When I called to ask about the discrepancy, they said that was the price last week. I called yesterday, Monday. Obviously the girl gave me last weeks price, but charged me this weeks price. Not happy! Especially because I called to get quotes from 2 other places and it would have been cheaper with either of the other 2! This should not have been billed to me. I should get charged what I was quoted and not pay for Millers employees mistake!

Scheduled an appointment for yesterday (9/23/2021 - 9:30am) for them to come out to our home and discuss options and get a cost estimate for upgrading our existing HVAC. 30 min after the scheduled appointment time we were still waiting, so I contacted the company to find out where they were. Was told that their guy (Rex) tried calling us, but had the wrong number.

They gave me Rex's cell #, so I called him to find out what was going on. He said he was out to our house, but didn't think it was the right house because (a) he saw that we currently have HVAC (b) there were vehicles in our driveway and (c) he couldn't find the house number. Side note: There is an address marker at the edge of our driveway near the street.

He said he sat in our driveway and tried to call us, but had the wrong number. So he left. Never came to the door and knocked to see if it was the right place. He simply left. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. Absolutely not. I then called back to the main office to see if they had anyone else available to come out. They didn't.

The lady I spoke with also didn't seem to be the least bit concerned with the fact that they just lost a job because of pure laziness. I'm looking to do a full HVAC replacement and upgrade. If their employees are too lazy to get out of their car and knock on my door, then I don't want them going anywhere near my HVAC. I'll happily give this project and my money to literally anyone who is motivated enough to get out of their car and knock on my door. That's how low the bar is and Rex still couldn't clear it.

The guy who comes to fill up our tank is so kind and always brings lollipops for my kids. Very great at his job. I wish I got his name but his customer service is amazing and it makes the process of having to buy gas so much more pleasant. He goes the extra mile for his job. Also always low prices, I always feel like i should be shocked when I open my bill but I'm most always impressed.

They pump your gas. Same price cash or credit. Nice ftiendly. Easy on/ off from HWY 61.

A little unhappy with the quality of the product. Beware propane is flammable! When it was installed, I tested the durability and shot it with my Ak47 and it exploded in my face! But over all 10/10 would recommend everyone was so great and very nice and helpful. Will definetly buy more propane tanks in the future and maybe use a lower caliber rifle.

I go here every time for gas I am not lazy but rather someone else pump the gas. I don't need to freeze smell fumes nothing and Paul the regular attendant he's very polite and very hard worker

I never get a bill with my delivery unless I specifically ask for one, and then its searching for where the driver leaves the bill. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and will be leaving for a different provider.

It's fantastic to have a friendly and professional receptionist when ordering oil, and I love the option of paying the bill online instead of worrying about leaving a check on the door. Great service and highly recommended.

I ordered oil and the receptionist asked if I would be willing to wait all day. It was supposed to be delivered today. I thought I heard a truck outside at 7:45 am. There was no call that they were coming, no call that they were here. I got up and went outside. There was nobody there. I waited all day. I called around 4:00 to ask when they were coming.

She said he was here at 7:45 and there was no check. They never even bothered to notify me. The truck had only been outside a few minutes. I will never do business with them again.

Good service. Especially love having them around when the temps are cold. Bathroom is dirty but if you have to go bad enough at least its there.

The gas station is like a 'throwback ' to older times. They provide full service which means they pump your gas, clean your Windies, and even check your oil of you ask.

I'm from NJ, and although I know how to pump my own gas, it's nice to have places in PA that offer that service for you.

Miller's gas and oil has the cheapest place in this area to fulfill all your propane needs as well as full service gas stations all attendance are extremely knowledgeable and friendly this is one gas station I do not mind stopping at

The coldest day of the season and the furnace goes down! I called Millers (not a previous customer) and they sent someone right out. Glenn was FABULOUS. I can't say enough positive things about his diagnostic and repair skill. He kept re-assuring me he would get me heat before he left and HE DID. I am a Miller's Oil customer now!

From the phone rep, to the salesman, to the installers, everything went as planned. excellent service people and the new A/C works better than they said it would!
