Called and made an appointment for Cool Air to service my Mastercool evaporative cooler for Saturday April 25th. Texted Cool Air on Saturday to see if they were coming and got no reply and they never showed up for the appointment. Disappointing as they suggested the appointment time!

Customer Service sucks. Called and spoke to a Chuck who said he was driving and to text him my information and would get back to me. That was on September 4th. Since then we have called and left messages and no one has returned our calls. If your busy just say so it's not that hard.

I am truly impressed with the service I received from Cool Air. Not only did they come out on a Saturday. But the tech wasn't able to finish the repair (needed parts) he returned on Sunday to complete the Job. We currently rent where we live and the management company has to approve a replacement of out AC unit's compressor and he assured me he will try an expedite the process.

I had problems with my heating and air conditioning since it was installed. Cool Air came in and replaced it with a new system. the new unit is quieter, more efficient and works better. I saw a 30% savings on my gas bill. I am real happy with this company! They were very professional, clean, and completed the job in one day. Great Job Guys! I would recommend this company to anyone.
P.S. I shopped around and their price was very reasonable, not the cheapest but I don't trust cheapest anyway!
