The service tech Aaron, was great. He arrived on time, was efficient, and polite. He ran tests to find the problem. He explained the issue and fixed it. It is not always fun when you have to call for a heater service. but I felt really happy I did and that my heater was working again. My go to place for hvac. Thank you

We just had 2 Carrier ductless split air conditioners installed by Bloomfield Cooling, Heating and Electric in Little Falls. My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of this company from start to finish. Our salesman, Tom Swarts, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant to work with. He even stopped by a few times to make sure the installation went smoothly, which it most certainly did! Electricians Andrew, Anthony and the rest of the crew knew exactly what needed to be done, and expertly began their work as soon as they arrived at 8 AM.
Their work ethic, knowledge and evident expertise made my husband and I feel very confident that this installation would be perfect, and that it was! And they even clean up after their work was completed. The ductless air conditioners are beautiful, and we're so happy we made the decision to do this. Thank you so much Tom, Andrew, Anthony and crew for taking such good care of us with your competence and skill!

We called Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc for an emergency with our heater. Our fan was making a crazy buzzing sound and would not spin. And of course, it was very cold and it was on Friday evening. Richard came out early the next day and diagnosed the issue. We wound up needing a new fan which would have normally taken a long time to order, not taking into consideration the shortage and delays from COVID. Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc. was able to source the fan and have it installed in just a few days.
The install was quick and they took the extra step to find out for us that our system is still under warranty which helped with the cost. Bloomfield Cooling, Heating, & Electric, Inc and Richard went above and beyond to help our family. The ladies in the office were also a wonderful help in the scheduling process. Thank you everyone.

These guys always come through for me when I need them! Anytime I have a heating or AC emergency they are able to come right away and take care of the problem. Moved into a new home with an old boiler, so called Bloomfield Heating and Cooling to give it a good cleaning. Aaron was more than professional, arrived on time, explained the cleaning process and answered my questions. I have decided to move forward with his recommended repairs and I plan to call yearly for my boiler cleaning. Several local family members have also been happy customers for decades.

Being a Customer Service Representative myself for many years i really appreciated Diane for working with me to get the technician to my house earlier so that i would be able to drive my daughter to work. Update: Change the start to 1 after the owner's response. The service was acceptable; more importantly, I was not upset after the tech tried to collect payment. Rather, the tech was very agitated. I have camera upfront which recorded the conversation with the tech. there was no need for me to get upset; I was OK to pay $149 when I booked the appointment, but within two weeks prior to the appointment, I was bombarded with several emails of $50 savings, so, I asked about the $50 saving after the service was complete. Definitively, not to use this company again.
Very unprofessional and lack of customer appreciation. Chased me to pay bill with email, phone calls and mail even after I told them I would pay after I verified their promotional details. I booked appointment to turn up boiler with Bloomfield Cooling, and Heating for $149.99. after that, the company kept sending emails to me about saving $50 on heating maintenance.
After the service, they charged me $149.99. I asked about the $50 saving, he said it is applicable to my boiler. I said let me verify with your office, then, I will pay over the phone. Then, I went to a conference call. (the technician was aware of my conference call). Then, I got a call from its office during my conference call, so I didn't pick up the call.
Several minutes later, I receive invoice which indicates "customer refused to pay". The technician was lying. I emailed the office later informing that I would verify the promotion and pay. Daniel responded with OK. The next day, I got another email, with red large fond of Past Due on the Invoice. Several days later, I got a invoice with mail with red Past Due.
By that time, I have made payment after realizing my boiler was excluded from the $50 promotion. As the company acknowledged, I have been a customer since 2007, never missed a payment; and it couldn't extend courtesy for several days to allow me to check promotion and to make payment. I was very disappointed in the company handing customer's inquires.

I've continued to have very good experiences with Bloomfield Cooling and Heating over the more than 18 years I've been using them. Today, I had a new technician performing the winter service, Richard. He was professional, kind, personable and respectful. He addressed the issue I was having and offered a clear and helpful explanation, always asking if I had more questions. I have been using Bloomfield Cooling for over 10 years. They installed my generator after Hurricane Sandy and continue to do maintenance twice a year. It is always great to Rich every 6 months when he comes to change oil and test it. It works great even when power goes out for a short time or days! Highly recommend for all services provided.
