Bobs Heating, Air conditioning and Appliance Repairs

First of all, I don't recommend them for your repair. I am not sure what service they provide, I called for Gas Range Oven Repair. The technician came and said the igniter was faulty and without proper testing the parts, he cut the wire and make it completely unusable and anyway I had to buy a new one where he could have simply plug that off. And the pricing! OMG, this guys are highly overpriced compared to their professionalism.

Had my ac repaired for the season and experience was very good. Cheap rates and good service. I would recommend Service: A/C system maintenance

Heard good things about Bob's so I called for an appointment to fix my fridge. They couldn't come out for about a week and a half but since several people loved them I took the appointment. So day of the appointment finally comes and I had to take off of work to be home. The tech was supposed to be here between 7 and 9ish so I waited. Around 8:15, I went upstairs to go to the bathroom and of course the guy called when I'm up there.

I called him back 2 minutes later but it went to voice-mail so I left a message and waited for him to return my call. Then I noticed that he left a message saying that I had to reschedule so I called the office number and had to leave a message there as well. When the lady called me back she said that because I missed his one call, I had to reschedule.

They apparently do not even come to the home unless you answer their call. If you miss the call and try to call them back, they are not allowed to answer the phone. The next appointment wasn't until the following week where I would have had to take off of work again. I've never heard of such a system that treats clients like this. The great reviews made me feel like this was a small family oriented company that valued its customers but they treated me like a number in a long line.

Bobs was a great service to me. I called about a refrigerator being warm and had to wait a few days but it was worth it. Technician was professional and had me up and going for a hundred dollars. I would give this place a much higher score if i could but it only lets me go to 10. Bob has fixed my dryer last year, my washer in January, and my oven in may of 2021. All for what about what a 10 pack of ice cream bars cost. i love Bob. He so honest and explains the repair step by step. I called Bob services on a Thursday and my dryer was fixed the next day. I had to call again because I was smelling gas when the dryer was in operation, needless to say, the technician came out and of course we didn't smell any gas. He inspected the situation and educated me on what the issue could possible be. I appreciate their quick response to my enquiry. Very professional and cost friendly. I would recommend them and will probably use them in the future.

Never did I think I would write about a service company, but last week I had Bob's Appliance Repairs out to my Philadelphia house for an oven. They are the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their price compared to two other competitors was incredibly low, so low that I thought something was wrong at first. I mean, the competition gave me a quote of $265 and $230 respectively. Bobs did the repair for $123. How was this possible? Oven works great and I know the work will be backed from other reviews I've read. Thank you Bob's Appliance Repairs.

Bobs came in to repair my heater. They gave me a two hour time period and arrived within that period. They said it was $20 to come out, and there was no trick or hidden cost. The technician told me before he did anything how much it was going to cost. If I agreed, I paid for the repair. If I didnt, it was only $20 and he was there for almost 40 minutes. I give this compant three thumbs up. Glad I found them. Glad they service my area and will keep their number. I would highly recommend Bobs.

I used Bobs Appliance and HVAC Repairs first for my refrigerator, then for my oven, and then for my gas heater. Fantastic service and low rates. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend for anyone living in Delaware County, Philadelphia and West Chester.
