I have used Comfort Zone for over 10 years. Every employee from the scheduler Jessica to the HVAC technicians are polite, professional, punctual and competent. Brendan was here today and he has done work for me on other occasions so I knew work would be done correctly. Brenden and Marco installed a new high efficiency Carrier furnace, Aprilaire Humidifier and a Respicaire Air Sanitizer. The dual stage furnace, Aprilaire with its own blower and the Air Sanitizer work perfectly. A beautiful installation. Top quality professionals. If you're looking for a trustworthy, prompt, good valued company to service your Furnace and HVAC systems, here you go! They have very reasonable service programs, air purification units, as well as whole house humidifiers, have been using them multiple times for different issues For a furnace was installed by another Heating & Air conditioning service, That charged us an arm & A leg for our unit then Made us wait over two weeks to have maintenance on our furnace.

I had a very good experience with Comfort Zone as did my mother-in-law and one of her friends who recommended the company. Brendan did an excellent job on my installation. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and very good about explaining things to me. The same is true of Jamie in the office who was always friendly and helpful. Also, Chad, who was very nice about answering all of my questions as I was researching AC companies. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Comfort Zone continually keeps you updated as to when the appointment is and when the technician is on the way! Chad was professional and attentive to the issues we were having. Fixed our heating issues that had been going on 2 years! So glad to have his help in the low temps we are experiencing currently and finally have our heat working appropriately! My husband and I have used Comfort Zone at least three times now. They have serviced our heating, repaired sagging ductwork in our garage, and serviced our AC unit. They are always very responsive, and extremely professional. They are very patient and understanding, great with explaining things without talking down to you. It's also very evident that they don't try to upcharge you or sell you on things you don't need. This company (especially Glen!) knows how to do business right - treat your customers well, and they will become lifelong repeat customers!

I have used them multiple times in the last two years for general maintenance and replacement of an AC unit. They have always been kind, responsive, professional, and trustworthy. They truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. Chad and Glen have both been to our homes to do various maintenance. Each time, they were courteous in giving us notifications for their arrival, and were very punctual.
I never felt like they were in a rush to leave and they took their time making sure everything was done right, and that I was 100% satisfied with the job with all of my questions answered. I can't imagine using another company for my HVAC and heating needs. You guys are awesome!

Cannot say enough about the ComfortZone Service. Their techs, Brendan & Chad, arrived promptly. They not only repaired my furnace issues, cleaned the furnace, & discovered a problem that I was unaware of that was causing problems. After repairing the issues; they did not try to sell me anything or upgrade anything - that was a bonus, as other repairmen I've had in the past, always tried pitching for more money. They were excellent & I would recommend ComfortZone to everyone I know. Great Company!

Our AC went out the night before we had to show our house. I am pregnant and we have a 2 year old. I was freaking out because I didn't think comfort zone would be able to help us in time. I was able to reach them via messenger at 10:30p at night and fill them in on the situation. They said they would get someone to us at 10am the next morning.
In the morning I reached out to see if anyone could get to us earlier as our first showing was at 10am. Glen showed up at 9:15a and by 10:15a our AC was fixed! We were so grateful! Would absolutely recommend! We have had Chad work at our house in the past as well and he is very helpful as well.

Let me preface with this first: Comfort Zone Service will be our new HVAC company from now! We had issues with our thermostat and furnace since yesterday. Of course, we would have issues with heating during the first freeze of the season. Luckily, we did have some heat overnight, but upon waking up this morning, we were in for a rude awakening, the heat had stopped.
Now that's a wake up call! We tried everything with the thermostat, but nothing seemed to work. This could only mean one thing, we needed to call in the professionals. But we didn't know who to turn to. We of course went to Yelp, and found Comfort Zone Service. They had great reviews and seemed like a good business, so we gave them a call. I was greeted warmly, explained the issue and was told that a tech would call me back.
Within minutes, Glen called me back and was ready to take on the problem. I was beyond thrilled!
Glen, arrived promptly and we knew we would be in good hands. He was very courteous with the upmost professionalism. He immediately got to work and was able to diagnosis the issue within 10 minutes. He gave us a quote, which encompassed labor and parts and it was a fair price.
He was able to fix our issue in no time! By far, this has been the best maintenance call we ever had! Just had Comfort Zone install a new air conditioner and coil. Matt was very helpful with our estimate and took very good care of us. Our A/C went down on this very hot day. I found Comfort Zone on yelp and the reviews were great. Gave them a call and they came right out. The repair cost was reasonable and he had it fixed in minutes! He was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. My kids even said, "Thank you, Chad" in unison as he left, lol. They were melting into the couch. They just might live to see another day, thanks to Chad.

I called Comfort Zone because my furnace is under warranty through the manufacturer. From the list of people I could call through the manufacturer Comfort Zone was the closest to me. I was very happy with the service they provided. They were on time, very courteous and professional. We will definitely be using them from now on... I highly recommend them and will be referring them to anyone who needs a good heating and air-conditioning repair service!!!

I called Comfort Zone based on the reviews here.and am disappointed. Let me first say that the service, courtesy and professionalism deserves high marks. However, the cost to me seemed exorbitant. This was a non-emergency call to service my clogged Aprilaire humidifier. The fix was a minor hose part. The bill was $218.00 Yikes!

Great Company! We had some issues with our ac units and Glen came out and he did a thorough inspection. Glen was great he walks you through everything that he's doing and gives you great detailed recommendations for maintenance. Very professional, respectful, courteous, and honest. Furnace went out. Tried several different companies some said it would take days to come, by the way it was freezing outside/inside. Called Comfort Zone and technician called me back in 5 minutes and showed up at my door in 15 minutes. Problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly, luckily it was just the ignitor! Glen the technician was great. Would definitely use again.
