A big thank you to A&G for getting my Heater / AC installed and running in such a short time. It only took a matter of a few days for them to give me a quote, set up my financial plan, order all the materials / equipment needed and finish the job. All the workers were friendly, dependable and trustworthy. I have no complaints about them and would definitely recommend them for all AC/Heater issues

I want to thank the wonderful ppl Dana, Phillip and Ryan for the fast, fantastic service they provided to us when our a/c unit went down. They were courteous, understanding, fast and very reasonable with pricing!! I recommend them to anyone in need of service. I won’t call anyone else for service. A&G are my one and only call!! Great service!! I called this morning around 7AM that my air condition was not working... It is 920 AM and my air condition is already fixed and working. Jonathan from the service department did a wonderful job! He came and had a cancellation for the appointment after me, so he went pick up the part and came right back to fix the problem. He also checked my heater while here since the cold will be coming. Thanks for being so efficient! It is greatly appreciated!

Great service! The tech who came out to evaluate was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. Once appointment was scheduled to complete necessary work, those guys who came out were also extremely nice. They too were very thorough. As they were about to leave my husband mentioned something else to them, they took the time to check it out and quickly fix that too (which was something done poorly by a previous AC company.) Amount charged for work done was also reasonable. Outstanding service by all from A&G!

I have been dealing with A&G for 36 years 2 homes and one business. My parents for 45 years. We have always had the best service from 3 generations of Richards.

I am VERY upset with the way I was treated by A&G and am not getting any call backs from yall so here is what i need to say! I was a loyal customer for many years now. I had yall repair a unit I had and I bought my new unit from you, Last year i spent over 5,000.00 in repairing that unit (Through you) and thats fine, however recently I had an issue with my unit I called you and was glad your tech came out the next day, my problem is he was only there for 10 minutes at the most, and was told he cleaned my unit which i told him my husband had cleaned it the night before and he said yea it was clean...ok then said they had a loose wire he tightened, ok I got billed 90.00 for him coming out which I have absolutely no problem with, and an aditional 98.00 for the loose wire,, that i have a problem with, that is totaly to high for the amount of time he was here, I called the office TWICE and asked to get called back by Steve (the owner) never recieved a call back that is no way to do business and i will NEVER do business with you all again. and i will spread the word on how yall treat your customers because that is very unprofessional of you to treat a customer the way I have been treated!! plus i got a bill in with interest now....
