We aim to provide same day or next day service. Our service technicians are not "sales techs". Our Goal is to provide diagnosis with honest assessment combined with low repair costs to get your system operating properly. We make every attempt to stock our service vans with most universal parts to eliminate additional labor rates and to avoid delays in manufacturer shipment of necessary replacement part.
With nearly 75 years of combined manufactured home experience between our two owners, not including the additional plethora of manufactured home experience from our employees, we have the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide you with answers to your manufactured home cooling/heating questions.
In this section we will outline several things to check before you call for service. A complete guide to trouble shooting is not the scope, nor the intent of this text. If at any point in this section you do not feel comfortable with anything suggested, DO NOT PROCEED. The items we have outlined are intended to diagnose simple problems, which you may or may not be able to repair yourself to avoid an unnecessary service call until your regular maintenance checkup is due.Your Air Conditioning System is a complicated system with many areas and parts that are not accessible to untrained persons.

My AC went out in the beginning of June. Needless to say, my home was hot and miserable! I caller Liberty and spoke to Morgan about replacing my AC. I was quoted a lower price than the competition, and they were able to come out to install the new AC unit the next day. I'm so grateful for their quick and expedient response, and also for their professionalism. I recommend Liberty for anyone's AC needs.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** After 17 years with a Liberty AC unit (which by the way, was still working).I wanted to replace it because I did not want to "guess" when it would go out on us and/or having to replace when we reached hotter Arizona temperatures. I called Liberty Cooling & Heating when the A/C unit went out on my RV resort park model home. They had installed the old unit 12 years prior and actually still had all the information concerning the previous install. Trey came out the same day I called to take a look at the unit and they had a quote for me within one day. Timmy even called me back on a Saturday when I had questions about the new unit.
I accepted their quote on a Monday at 8 AM and the unit was installed the next day by 8:30 AM. Unbelievable service. Christian (30 years at the company) and Chris did a great job installing the unit and they actually showed up early on the install day, installing the unit in less than 2 hours. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Amber, Morgan and Shelly in the office did a great job of getting the install done so quickly. I can highly recommend Liberty Cooling & Heating for any A/C needs you might have.

WOW! World-class products and service at a very fair price. I got a new 2.5-ton straight air conditioner with 8 KW Heat Strips (which is exactly what I wanted) for my small park model mobile home. They replaced all my flex ducts, gave me a new thermostat, a new pad for the unit, new electrical fuses, and hauled off all the debris from the job, including my old air conditioner.
My new unit came with a 10-year parts and compressor warranty and a two-year labor warranty. I couldn't be happier. This is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and polite. The team that came to install our new hvac system, Chris C. and his coworker were super. They were here on the hottest day of the year 118 degrees and put our new system in very quickly. So respectful of the property. Cleaning up everything.

We had LIberty install a new hvac system at our home. They had the very best price of three quotes, they installed the next day on the hottest day of the year 118 degrees. Chris and his coworker were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the property. They worked quickly to get us up and running. This is one of the best company's I have ever delt with period. I have a Mobile home and I could not get it to cool below 82. I had about 3 different AC companies come out to look at the AC and all of them said the AC was in great condition. The 3rd company that came out finally told me that it looked like my ductwork needed a lot of work but they did not do that type of work. I found Liberty Cooling and I'm glad I did.
The 1st tech that came out evaluated everything and did some work on it. This did not solve the problem but it was part of the solution. I called them again to come out and this time the Tech got under our house and found that the ductwork needed to be redone completely and the AC was not sitting correctly on the outside. After he explained all the work that needed to be done my wife and I thought for sure it would be over $1000. Lets just say it did not and now our house is cooling down beautifully. Thank you and I would highly recommend their services.

What a great experience! My friend Patrick recommended and I am sure glad I took his advice! Jason was just here and serviced two units and I'm confident he did a more thorough job than has been done in 13 years. His attention to detail was amazing and he explained things nobody has ever told me about the units. Super professional and low-key. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

Two misdiagnosed service calls and I had to call a different company. The second company correctly diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. If the breaker is tripped and a new one installed also trips.find the cause of the surge. I sent an email to Liberty's Service Manager regarding the two calls, which I paid for, expecting a response. Three days later and no reply. Update: I received a call from their service manager and he apologized for taking so long to get back to me.
There was a clerical error and I should not have been charged for the second call and the charge was refunded. The first call was the first indication that there was a problem but it wasn't bad enough to determine exactly what it was. Being from a service background I understand this concept. It just so happened that when the second company was called it had progressed to an easy to find diagnosis. I have changed my rating to reflect the final findings.

We had Liberty replace our AC unit on our Park Model recently. We were very happy with the service. The estimate was by far the best of the three we received and they were prompt and professional in their service. There were no hidden fees, and the bill was exactly what the estimate reflected. They increased our duct size, and the performance of our system has dramatically improved. Thanks for your great service!

About six months ago we were in need of a new HVAC system and got several bids, one of them from Liberty. Due to various circumstances, we were not able to move forward, knowing the quotes were good for 30 or 60 days. (At the time, we were going to go with Liberty.) Recently, we were in a position to move forward, and when we went back to Liberty for an updated quote, it was at least $1K higher than just six months prior!
Long story short, we ended up using Liberty anyway. The guys in the field were nice, however they left a lot of the installation trash laying around and smudged fingerprints everywhere. Then there was the lady in the office who schedules and 'demands' payment. Every time we talked to her, she was rude and condescending. We have referred friends to Liberty, and they have had the same experience. (I won't mention her name in this review.) We had to put down a little over half of the cost prior to install, which we understood.
Then coronavirus happened and our small business suffered, limiting our income. When the system was installed, we asked if we could delay final payment for a couple of weeks. The response from the same lady was, we need payment now or I will call the guys and have them rip out the system. I couldn't believe what I heard, especially from a small business themselves! She wouldn't even let me mail a check. Someone had to pick it up that day. We will not do business with Liberty again, nor will we recommend them to any of our friends.

We contacted Liberty Cooling and Heating for an estimate on A/C replacement for our manufactured home, along with about 4 other well rated firms. All of the firms we talked to were good, but Liberty was a cut above, especially with their knowledge of manufactured homes. They stood out as the most creative and knowledgeable. We had a package heat pump installed, replacing an older split system.
They removed the outside unit, the inside unit, and the outdated ducting. Christian, Justin, Timmy, and Chris worked non-stop, were very knowledgeable and professional, and were outstanding! In addition, they bid the lowest price of all of the firms we interviewed. They went under our home, did some digging, went above and beyond to make this system work for our unique needs.
The installation was flawless and complete. They even adjusted the air flow in all of our heat registers at the end of the day. Could not recommend them more highly. *****+ PS: The office staff was very patient with all of my phone calls to verify information!

5*+ I had been dealing with a warranty company for a week and the company Total Air that they use. After a week, in Phoenix Az (105+°), of msg after msg warranty company refused my claim and Total Air backed out of my job. I am very thankful a friend referred me to Liberty Cooling. They were very friendly and companionate regarding my circumstances.
Unfortunately I it was Friday and a 3 day weekend! 2-3 more days w/o air! Monday Jason arrives (love Jason) diagnosis the job asks when I would like the work done and took care of the issue. Although I have only been in my trailer for a year and a half, I am quite pleased with the results. Since I have been here never has my trailer been so comfortable. We called last week when our unit went out - the girl said Friday. Friday no one showed They promised a repair person first thing Monday. No one showed. We called twice Monday and were told someone would be here Monday. No one showed or called back. We called this morning and were told we needed to wait two more days. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four times and you get a bad Yelp review where I tell the world what happened.
Call this company if you don't mind getting jacked around - but I will give them this much - they're damn good at making excuses. You need a lesson in Customer Service and how to schedule appointments without overcommitting.

This is the second time we have used Liberty to repair our air conditioner. Liberty was recommended by a family member. Chris was our technician, he called before arrival and kept us informed of every test he was performing. The company I work for needed all three evaporative coolers replaced about four months ago. We searched around for a company that offered replacement parts for these particular coolers but they were so old that new parts were not an option. So we had to start getting quotes for brand new coolers. Long story short, Liberty Cooling and Heating beat out all other prices that were offered and we ultimately opted for their services.
Now jump ahead to the day of delivery and installation. They showed up at about 6:30 in the morning and were completely finished around 9am. They removed the old coolers and installed the new ones in record time. This was most likely because it wasn't just a 2 or 3 man crew. I would estimate there were at least 10 to 12 workers present which lead to a quick and timely install.
The coolers and still working great although its finally cooling down and we won't need to use them again until next summer. If you have any heating or cooling problems I would definitely recommend this company.
