I made an appt about 2 weeks ago to do a startup on my minisplit. Yesterday I took off for the 8am appt. No one showed up or called. So I called and they said it got pushed back but I am in line. So I take another day off, today. No show, so I called to find out that the manager pushed my appt back to July 6th, another 2 weeks. The whole system is installed and just needs pressure tested and charged. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others situation. No heads up, no call or text, 2 days off and still sitting in the heat with a brand new AC needing charged.

Rusty was great and helpful when diagnosing our initial problems. We needed a new unit and duct system. The installation process was great. Chase came out when we had issues a month after install. He was great and fixed the blown fuse. All the employees we encountered were kind and professional. Service technician was very professional and courteous, he found the problem pretty quickly but as it turns out we had another problem we did not expect. Part to be ordered. Although he did arrive later than expected I really can't complain about that because when you are troubleshooting a problem you never know what you will find or what you will need to do to find the problem. Technician was very thorough with his work, very happy with his professionalism. Look forward to my continued business with them.

Very responsive, and worked us in on short notice. The technician (Chase) was very professional and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue. Rusty came out and cleaned the outside unit, checked the inside unit, replaced a part, and got our AC up and running in less than an hour. It was 110 degrees today with the heat index, so the repair was much welcomed. Rusty managed to fit me in 2 days early, so kudos to him! Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, A/C system repair

I am very thankful to Samantha Donelow for providing us with the best costumer service, I feel as if she went above and beyond. Our AC unit started going out on a Sunday and by Monday it was super hot and with having a newborn we could not stand the heat and the only time they could get us in was Wednesday and I was really dreading the next two days, and as soon as Samantha seen a opening on Tuesday she didn't hesitate to call me and tell me a tech would come out right then and sure enough he fixed my AC. They two gentlemen who arrived to do repair on my HVAC Unit had to walk through snow and ice to get here, road hadn't yet been plowed. They were very nice, kind, knowledgeable and showed me what needed done until they return this Tuesday to finish the repair. Thank goodness for gentlemen these days! We have a faulty electric hot water heater that has had many problems over the course of the initial installation by another contractor. We have currently spent upwards of $1600 attempting to repair this unit. Childers has been there with us every step of the way, trying to help us resolve the issues with this hot water heater. Currently, we are in the midst of one last ditch effort before going back to an old fashioned unit. Thank you Childers for continuing to help us on this seemingly never-ending journey.

The service man did a complete inspection of two units heating/cooling units and a generator. Once complete a full explanation of the work and repairs made was provided by phone when the service was concluded. The ability to manage the entire transaction remotely was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them to do either repairs or new installs.

I appreciated all the staff. Everyone was so very kind and professional. They kept me updated on the process of getting my new furnace. Mr. Greg Childers called me personally, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to come that day and install my furnace. He knew I was using gas logs to stay warm. I was not able to have it completed due to other commitments. I would recommend them to everyone if you have home problems.
