Michael was awesome when he looked at the faucet in my bathtub. It's old and he was upfront about what could happen, what might need done but that he would get it fixed. He and his helper were right on it and got it done. I was so happy. My heater and swamp coolers have had the best care. I'm very pleased with the service I receive. Services: Faucet repair, Heating system installation, Heating system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

I contacted RA Biel for a drainage issue at a rental the beginning of March. They were able to make it out the same day but ultimately were unable to remedy the issue. I received a quote from the Service Manager for additional work that was needed. I asked when we could schedule to complete the work and was told the dispatcher would contact me for an appointment once the part was received; this was March 8th.
On March 17th, I sent an email following up, received no response. Sent another follow up March 22 and an additional follow up March 24th. I called March 31st and was told that in order to schedule I would need to pay half. I was irritated and asked why I wasn't told this earlier in the month, I could have paid it then. I was told the Service Manager would contact me that day.
I waited until 5 and did not receive a call so I called another local company that was able to go out the next day. At 5:15 the Service Manager called me saying I think we are supposed to do a vent damper for you I responded due to the lack of communication I called another company. The only response I got back was "ok". The other company I contacted was able to fix the issue the same day! I wasted time and money calling R.A Biel and will not make that mistake again.

Michael Riley was super professional, I had an emergency and was super overwhelmed, he showed up and was very kind, and his knowledge about what was going on was super calming. I've hired other places before to do this job and they've done it wrong. Michael knew exactly what he was doing. I'm very happy with the service I received, and any future problems I may have I am definitely calling him back.

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I called them on Wednesday to come put in a new water heater because ours started leaking and then quit working. At first I was pretty impressed that they were able to send somebody out same day. They sent two technicians out. The only thing both of these technicians did was look at my water heater took photos and sent them to somebody else sat and waited for a response for over an hour just to be told that a different technician has to come out the next day.
I work in a very busy medical office and it is hard for me to take time off. But I took Thursday off because I was told somebody would be here in the morning. With an estimate on how much it would be for a new water heater. The second technician showed up only only to look at the water heater and look outside and then proceeded to tell me that he will email me an estimate within an hour.
I waited for three hours still no email so I called the company and spoke with Shannon she told me that the technician had to go to Chama and then I should have an answer shortly I still have not received an estimate an answer or call back. I do not recommend these guys as they will have you waiting and waiting for hot water. Not very professional to keep customers waiting long periods of time for a necessity in a home I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They where the fastest most efficient service we ever received. Tito was very knowledgeable. Tito was one of the nicest service techs we have ever met. Very trustworthy and only want service from him. Best service I have ever had and he thanked me for my service since I'm a Veteran. He fixed and talked us through all our issues and got the job done.
