Ethics don't stand with this company. I recently had a visit from a technician and he was here for a whole 12-15 minutes, and not a single tool was brought in. He looked into the crawl space and determined that the job I requested was unable to be done, declined the job, and walked away. It was frustrating, but I understood. Plumbline then proceeded to charge me for "journeyman labor" of almost $100.

I called and asked what I was being charged for when they denied the job and walked away, she claimed they were here for over an hour and tried to get it installed. which is untrue. Not to mention the fact that my state does not honor the journeyman licensing, but yet they still tried to put that license on the charge. I highly advise going through a different company, the technicians don't seen to really care about residential calls, and put very little effort in helping us. and the office staff, even though very polite and nice, don't seem like they want to help me understand why I'm being billed when the job was denied. save the stress and time, go somewhere else.

Tino and George replaced my hot water heater promptly. They got my new hot water heater for free via warranty. George did a great job installing my new hot water heater. He even replaced the gaskets for my hot & cold water lines.

Recently had a home heater go out and called for service. First call was decent but did not have parts. Followup call was 3 days late. Did not fix problem. Next call was a more qualified technician who said we did not need the original repairs, the heater was shot and needed to be replaced. Was going to call my wife with estimate. 8 days later we had to call and it still took another 7 days to get a quote.

We approved it as the price was fair and they rebated the original service call. The new heater was supposed to be available in 3 days. Another 2 weeks, I called and the dispatcher said she had no idea where it was and would call. I asked to speak to a manager, who then followed up and said their supplier had never filled the order and it would be another week.

I asked if they had another supplier, had even considered it, and they said they would check. Another 2 days, said they would have one in 2 days at the same price, same warranty, same features. I approved. It came in and they came out to install the next day. Turns out the heater would not fit correctly in the existing enclosure, sticking out nearly an inch past the door threshold.

They said that was OK we could just leave the door open. I sent the owner an email and NEVER received a response. Had to remove the door and make a new jamb assembly to accommodate he heater. Hope the heater does not need warranty repairs because I doubt they could ever fix it or respond in time. Fortunately we had a pellet stove to heat our home as this whole episode took over 5 weeks.

We had used them in the past, including installing a new AC system 10 years ago. I don't know what has happened to this company, but they have no clue on customer service.

I called this company to advise them that they have Federal Debt with the Federal Government, and that's why they haven't received any Government work lately, and Patrica Zataray (Admin I'm guessing) wasn't receptive to suggestions) so it's no wonder after reading reviews. YIKES

I have used Plumbline a few times for sewer issues and a new gas line. Always friendly on the phone and usually the quickest in town to provide service that I've found. Sewer guy did a good job last time and gave me a bunch of free advice on how to fix my water softener. Prices seem reasonable. No complaints.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY Called them in to camera our sewer line. The Tech took an hour and a half to get his gear off the truck and ready. He then sent his camera line 50 feet and said that was as far as he could go. We were looking to see where the whole sewer line was. it took him 10 minutes to camera the 50 ft and we were charged over $400.

We weren't going to pay the bill because they didn't do what they said they would do (camera the whole line) and they overcharged. We got into a bind and they were the only ones available to camera a small portion of our line that we needed. They scheduled us for Friday the 8th on Friday the 1st but we had to pay the bill before they went out. We were in a bind so we paid the bill and once we paid the bill they then said that they couldn't get us in on friday the 8th and that they wouldn't be able to get us on the schedule until Friday the 29th.

They don't do a good job, they aren't willing to work with the customer when they have a complaint. We will never go to this company for anything, ever again. Just look at their google reviews and you will see what kind of work they do. Don't listen to the Facebook reviews. Those are probably friends and family. Facebook doesn't monitor who is making reviews like google does.

We called the after hours on call person with our issue (broken waterline) and was assured that we would get a callback first thing the next morning. We took off work to accommodate their schedule and to fix the problem. We never got a phone call that morning and when we called them the message never got relayed on that we had a broken waterline and needed a service call. Very poor customer service and business practices!

I recently purchased a house that had two water heaters and found out during the appraisal process that they both needed seismic straps. The seller had a hard time getting the straps on the second water heater. So they had a brand new water heater installed by Plumbline. They only put one strap in and did not install it to code. I have been trying to get them to fix their mistake for a week now and I just keep getting dismissed.

One guy did become out on a Friday but didn't have the right tools and said he would be back on Monday morning before I had to go to work. He never showed up. When I called I was told they would call me so I could leave work and meet them at my house and that never happened! I am a first time home buyer and this is the worst experience! I will never be using Plumbline for anything in the future!

I called several times to be put on hold for scheduling? I waited 5+ min with no one answering. The one time someone picked up I was told that they were getting someone out asap to McDonalds (which I am not). Then put back on hold. Today I finally reached a person, apparently in scheduling, I was then told it would be 4 days, only to be quickly told actually no one was available for 2 weeks?

That's a big difference! The only thing she was sure of. Was the price and that it was going to take 2 people. Plus the machinery cost, their travel time. $1000+, to clear a line outside of the house with trap access (the sewer is fine). She was rude, condescending and insulting. I, not being a plumber, have no idea what is going on. I can guess, surmise or assume. Again, I'm not a plumber and If I knew why would I call you?

I hope McDonalds is pleased with their service. Because apparently that's who you need to be to get your call answered and people on-site to fix your problems. I made excuses why they were so abrupt and dismissive the first few calls. I get we are all busy. No more. This is not customer service!
