Steven was great! He identified the problem quickly and had my house cooled down in no time. Plus, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and didn't mind (too much) that my dog was barking at him every 5 seconds. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs their A/C fixed. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Our AC stopped producing cold air. I filled out online form yesterday and received a call very quickly and an appointment was scheduled today. Scott came today on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He is patient and explained everything in detail. I signed up for AC membership as I feel this is a trustworthy company that I will continue to use for annual maintenance and any repair if needed.

This review is from me as a technician who worked here and saw Dynamic decline. Dynamic was a great company to work for in the start, putting customers first, and quality of the services provided. After Covid, the company seemed to change toward the aspects of profits over customers wants and needs in services. They started charging astronomical for parts may it be a board or cleanings, services that were questionable.

To the fact that I was the only tech with a S licensed, and allowing work to be done by other techs who are not licensed. The owner will respond and try to coat it, just remember there are other companies out there who have your best interests at heart. And that's not Dynamic

Steven and Mark did a great job replacing our boiler to restore our heat and hot water. When the boiler initially went down, Steve came out the next day and gave us a helpful and honest assessment of what needed to be done. They were back 2 business days later to install the new boiler, had our heat up and running by 2 pm and hot water fixed by 4. Throughout the process Steven was very helpful, professional and friendly in explaining everything to us. I highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing!

Dynamic Mechanical recently installed a high velocity air conditioning system in our home. From beginning to end, we had a great experience and were impressed at the level of communication, expertise on the services offered, and how quickly the installation was scheduled after signing the contract. Mark and Steven were on time every day, and clearly had a great level of skill and attention to detail.

The process took less than a week, and they were very helpful, walking us through every step and how to use the system on the last day. We knew what to expect during the installation, and they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, too. The system looks meticulous and functions well! Thank you!

Do not go here for an install. After the two year warranty pipes are leaking, things need to be replaced, parts has failed, wires were crossed. I had to get another company to fix their mistakes. I'm just outside the 2 year warranty and things start breaking and they want me to pay for it. You are better off going somewhere else that has a better warranty. * I appreciate you checking on my issue.

If you saw, we were without heat for 3 days because of a faulty part that was initially installed. We had another company come recently had to redo the wiring for the heat to work properly because the zones were crossed and placed incorrectly. Pipes are leaking and I was told by the other company that the drain will start to rot away due to the acidity of the water because of improper installment. Hopefully this helps put in perspective for you to take care of your future clients. Thank you for your time.

The quality-of-service delivery by companies like Dynamic Mechanical's are not often seen these days. Their technician Isaiah was absolutely incredible! He was professional, knowledgeable and effectively communicated a fix to our problem in a way that was informative and understandable. Unsolicited he also provided suggestions that will help us in the future. Comparatively the service was reasonably priced.

We had an issue with our heating system about 2 weeks ago and decided to call Dynamic Mechanical Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, it was the best decision we made. Went with Dynamic Mechanical to replace my old and dead heat pump. Lost my heat on a Wednesday and they were able to shift some things around and get my new heat pump installed on Friday. They also gave me a few heaters so I wouldn't freeze until I got my heat back. Mark and Steve showed up around 8am, had the heat working by about 130pm and were cleared out by 3p. They did an awesome job setting everything up and making sure I had heat. Customer service was great and so was the work. Thank you all from restoring my heat!

I had Dynamic come in to fix the poor job Busy Bee performed on fixing our water heater issue. Steve was their tech that came in, he was very helpful, friendly, fair, fast and efficient. We were very pleased with the job he did along with the help I received from the girls in the office. All good people, very much a sort of "mom and pop" type atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Steve came today for an emergency call. He spent about 2 hours and went above and beyond to figure out that what looked like was just a fuse on the internal unit was actually the contactor on the outside unit. John and Isaiah showed up on time and finished Gas Logs Installation. I am happy with the service but the price is bit high.

Stephen did a great job! He really knew his stuff and got my older boiler back up and running. He didn't just clean out the gunk and test it all, he also took the time to bleed the air out of the pipes to make sure it was circulating properly. Past service people have never even mentioned it. Super job!

I scheduled an inspection. The inspection coat is $135. Which I think it's reasonable. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly found the problem and after more than 3 weeks without our central A/C not working we couldn't bore thrilled. After the total amount of $435. We are very glad we called them. I will hopefully be doing more business with them since I will be needing a new furnace.

I contracted Dynamic Mechanical to replace the 80+ year old cast iron plumbing in my basement and did a great job. For me the 5 stars is not just about the work, it was the communication about the job and what to expect, the fact that they listened to what I wanted and were flexible where they could be, and most importantly the clean up after the job. It was a pretty messy job in the basement and when they left the only way you would know they were there was because of the sweet looking new plumbing work.

Our old steel, dry base boiler needed to be replaced and we took quotes from 4 different contractors. Dynamic Mechanical was by far the most professional and thorough in the quote process. Nathan showed up right on time and took measurements of the whole house (no one else did that) and also measured all the windows, etc to determine what type of system would suit our needs.

Of all the systems offered, we chose a very efficient 3-pass, low-mass system and Dynamic Mechanical came in under the other bids and started a day before anyone else could. Needless to say, when its January and its single digits, you need fast service. Dynamic Mechanical delivered just that. Nathan's crew was top-notch, they were very friendly and worked hard and always communicated with me as to what was happening.
