We have had a long history with Top Notch and always appreciate their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Today was no exception! AC went out last night - called first thing this morning and Mark was here before 10:00am! He took his time diagnosing the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. He took his time explaining the issue and the best way to optimize the unit this Summer.

Excellent responsiveness and service for an urgent need of HVAC Furnace replacement at our rental house. Everyone was very professional and easy to contact. Multiple service calls and troubleshooting, always prompt and thorough. We have used Top Notch for annual servicing over the years, and they are very good. We are super pleased with Top Notch. They maintain our heating/cooling systems and today saved us! We had so many issues with a broken dryer vent. After 3 others looking at it and not fixing it, Top Notch was able to fix it today. We have a dryer again! We can't recommend them enough. The cost was very reasonable. We have had a long relationship with Top Notch Heating & Cooling (now Heating, Cooling and Plumbing). We are accustomed to their professional and high quality AC and Furnace maintenance twice a year. Incidentally, they installed our latest Furnace and AC as well. Today, Eric Sell came to our home to address our gas fireplace which hasn't worked 15+ years.
He identified the problem (which was extremely minor) and provided significant value to us as he helped us better understand how to troubleshoot gas fireplace issues and to clean/maintain them. After checking our furnace and attached humidifier he quickly made repairs and has set us up for a quote with the company's newly added water softening product/service (which could help with the hard water issues surfacing in our Heating/Cooling equipment). Eric has surpassed the high standards we have come to expect from Top Notch. Thanks Eric!

We use Top Notch on a regular basis, and will probably never use another company We like that they are fast friendly, and respectful of our home, and property. It's also nice that the repairmen are veterans with the company, and don't try to push unneeded work or equipment. They are all really good, but Eddie has been here more than any other. Trust that if he shows up, your work will be done right.
