Our HVAC was leaking some water so my wife and I called Brandon's Comfort Specialists. We discovered this unfortunate issue late in the evening but were extremely grateful with the responsiveness of their team. Nate was on site within 20min and helped repair the leak. He was professional, kind, and explained the work he was doing. The owner also called to make sure our ticket was taken care of and that our house was OK.

My upstairs A/C unit went out recently. I contacted Brandon's for a quote. They were responsive, professional and quoted an installed price that was significantly less than the competition. They promptly scheduled the install, and arrived right at the agreed upon time. The technicians were courteous, professional and took time to explain the entire install process.

They covered my flooring, and cleaned up after they left. I can't say enough good about this company, and they will be my go-to provider for residential HVAC service and repair!

Best HVAC Contractor you will find in North TX. Been a customer for almost a decade and never a single issue that was not resolved timely. From the Owners to the Techs they are personable and trustworthy. Will use Brandons as long as I live in their service area!

Brandon's air and especially Nathan their technician have been fantastic! I have used other AC companies and I didn't trust their diagnosis. When I have received a second opinion from Brandon's they have saved me money because the other AC companies have either been unethical or just flat out wrong. When Nate finds the problem he explains why his diagnosis is correct and in language I understand.

He and Bill the owner have helped me find ways to save money and don't push useless and expensive fixes I don't need. I have been part of their maintenance program for years which is a major cost savings to me. I highly recommend Brandon's Air as a company you can trust in an industry with very questionable companies.

Brandon's came highly recommended by a close friend a while back but I hadn't had the need to call before now. I'd called probably 7 other companies before I remembered Brandon's. I have to say this is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC companies I've come across in a LONG time. They genuinely want to do right by you, and aren't just concerned about making another quick dollar.

Our a/c had completely stopped working. Nathan was absolutely fantastic, and seemed more than happy to come out even after hours to make sure that our a/c was working properly. He understood and showed compassion for our family's situation and concerns. He was very thorough during the diagnostics and detailed in his explanations, showing us parts, explaining the functionality of different components, and why it was failing.

He took care of what needed to be done after speaking to us about the options, and stayed to make sure it was actually cooling off before leaving. I'll be recommending these guys to anyone I come across with any a/c issues, and will definitely be contacting them for any of my own needs in the future. From the office, to the techs, to the owners, they all seem to be great people and have a great business model. As someone who runs a business as well, I sincerely appreciate that and it's an inspiration. Thanks, guys!

Be careful. Had them out for a maintenance check last winter. Started experiencing problems within days of them doing the maintenance check. And this was in an admittedly aging system but one that had never had any problems at all. Subsequent call to another local HVAC company resolved the problem easily by cleaning a sensor just days after Brandon's had originally been out.

Wow, the reviews for Brandon's are very black and white. Well, here is my experience. We went on vacation and came back to find out that the air conditioner in the house was on it's last leg and not cooling much. We went through American Home Shield (ugh, that's another story) and they got someone out to take a look. The coil was leaking coolant somewhere and needed to be replaced. AHS was basically not going to pay for anything (like always) and we could get a new coil or a completely new AC unit.

We were given some prices and wanted to think about it. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Brandon's to come out and take a look. Basically, they told us that if we fixed or replaced the coil, it would fry the condenser in the back yard in a short amount of time. So, we priced a new AC unit and it was about $1,000 less than the first estimate we got from the other company.

Jump to about 4 days later and the Brandon's crew were at my house when they said they would be. They replaced the condenser outside and the coil from the inside (which is very tricky) in about 2 hours. I watched the entire time and they did solid work. It's not cheap, but it was the exact price I was quoted and everything went smoothly. The new unit comes with a full 1 year warranty and an extended 10 year warranty for some of the parts. Overall, very pleased with their service. Thumbs up!

Brandon's provides courteous, timely and professional service. Their service trecs are thorough and provide a comprehensive review of the work performed.

Get a second opinion before you hire these guys. They are super expensive once I shopped their estimate around.they charged me $300 more than a competitor would to blow the lines on my units to remove condensation and they wrote a quote to replace my coils and furnace that was $2200+ more expensive than my second quote for the exact same thing. (Guess who I went with!) Buyers beware and do your homework.

Purchased a new unit from them end of 2015. It took several service calls, and new parts to make the unit work longer than 24 hours. Many missed days from my work and miserable nights without air. It's now 2016 and they came out for a routine service check, left our unit not working. It was working fine before he touched it. I feel trapped with service guys that are not qualified for hvac install and service. Stay away. This has been my biggest mistake as a home owner.

I recently had a motor go out on 1 of our AC units. Our house is a LANDON built home and only 6 years old. I was surprised and not ready for this. I had one company come out, Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning. They called out the issue but wanted to charge a lot to replace. I called Brandon's and they almost cut the cost in half, were extremely nice and helpful and super quick to get the job done and our AC unit back up and working.

I am so grateful I connected with this company, a good one amongst a lot of bad ones. Brandon's was worth my money and I will forever use them for future jobs and you should too!

Thieves and very untrustworthy! Caught them on security camera switching electrical phases on my HVAC system that I didn't even ask for service on to cause damage to my compressor for a second time for a service call! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent service. My home warranty company sent out a guy who tried to fix our outside unit with a new fan motor, but when that didn't work he said we needed a new compressor. I called Brandon's out to double check since they did the initial install. Turns out the home warranty company guy miswired the motor. 30 minutes later we had cold air blowing after 5 days without A/C.

I initially called out Collin Air Conditioning to repair my A/C. Their quote was $1,400. Called Brandon's. Total cost was $742. The Brandon repairman even took the time to explain why Collin Air misdiagnosed the problem. It's been 4 weeks and no further issues with the A/C unit. I'll be using them again.

This summer has been quite hot, and my AC quit on a Wednesday evening. I called Brandon's and a serviceman was at my home in a little over an hour. He diagnosed the problem immediately, he had the part on his truck, and he had my AC back up and running within minutes. Nice people, super service.
