Service was excellent. The technicians were thourough and identified the problem. They were polite and easy to talk with.

Buyer beware. Economy Housing sub contracted Amburn A/C to install an outside a/c unit for my mobile home. They said the unit was only a year old. Amburn a/c installed a used all aluminum unit that is known for having leaks & because it is all aluminum it can't be repaired. After a week of my unit freezing up constantly on June 12th I had my unit recharged.

It took 2 lbs of R-410A freon to fill it up. It is now July 29th & my unit is freezing up again because all the freon leaked out. Its very upsetting that Amburn A/C would install this unit knowing it's issues & that it can't be repaired. That's just bad business & they are crooks.

The service person who has come out to our place a couple times is wonderful. He's very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. He's knowledgeable and doesn't mind taking time to answer questions. Also, he has never pushed any kind of sales pitch for anything. I've never felt like he was trying to upsell any service or product. He listens to what your problem is, then he takes care of it.

If he sees something more than what you called about, then he'll let you know about it, but he doesn't push to get you to spend any more money than you're prepared for. I HIGHLY recommend using Amburn A/C.

Excellent service, Dan came out to fix our thermostat, it was going out. Same day he came out, with the part and had us fixed up in no time! 5 star company and service!

I finally found an honest A/C repair shop. Heater quit working one cold morning. Dan came out and determined the ignitor had failed Replaced the ignitor and all is good. Less tha $150 to fix, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Next time I need A/C or heater repair Amburn will be my one and only call

We have used them a few times over the last 12 years or so. They have always been friendly, accommodating, professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with no matter what day of the week or time of the day they had to come out. If we could give 6 stars we would, they are spot on for all of our AC / heating needs. They installed a new heat pump/ac unit for us which was done flawlessly, one minor hiccup was that they needed to return and fine tune the unit so that it would run at its best. And our electric bills this past summer have been 20% lower as well. We love these folks! Bruce & Anne Carlson

A/C went out during the night I travel for work and was out of state. I contacted Amburn A/C this morning and the service man meet my son right after lunch. After checking unit he had tho replace one small part and was done. I was able to pay by credit card over the phone which was great but the greatest part besides the quick response and customer service was the cost.

I was so worried but they were so reasonable I got everything taken care of for $80.00 I DARE ANYONE AROUND TO BEAT THAT PRICE I have a go to company that I can trust now. Thank you guys so much I really do appreciate it.

We've been having issues all summer. I'll run the ac at 74 during the day but it gets up to 81. They came out within the hour I called and inspected everything and found the problem. They were extremely thorough and very nice and respectful. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service. The crews are polite and very knowledgeable about their business and products they provide. They go the extra mile for their customers and try their best to provide the best quality service and products. Their secretary is very knowledgeable of parts and service needs as well. They offer a great waranty and spring and summer check services. I highly recommend this company as a whole.

Amburn was recommended to me by another A/C company that didn't come to my area. I cannot tell you how fortunate I believe I was to call Amburn. The person answering the phone was polite, professional and friendly. The repairman came very quickly and he was as polite, nice, intelligent and professional as they come. They had to order a part, but they fixed it so we would be comfortable in the interim, and came back to install the part when expected.

I believe they were extremely fair with their price and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will certainly call them if I have another need for the services they provide. Just a great experience all the way around. Couldn't be more pleased.
