Joey H from 72 Degrees Air Conditioning Repair did a great job fixing our AC unit in Stonewall TX. During a long, 100 degree heat wave, they were still very responsive and came out to diagnose our problem very quickly. Joey H went the extra mile making sure the repair would last. We have had such a great experience with 72 degrees! Our home AC went out during the heat wave and 72 degrees came to help us so quick! They set up to have some relief until we were able to get new equipment installed and they made the whole process a breeze! Our installers Joey and Adrian were so great. They were very friendly and got the job done well! It looks great! Richard was also a very big help in the whole process and made a stressful situation so easy! Thank you all at 72 degrees!

Christian called me on his way to our home. Arrived timely, explained the service to be completed, completed the service, provided us with a complete summary - allowed me to watch and ask questions as he worked. I learned some actions we need to be taking as homeowners. Christian made system recommendations, was very professional, had our interests first. It is always tough to have something like your AC serviced when you are not at the home with the Tech. Adrian was courteous and very thorough with his explanations. This was the first time I worked with 72 degrees based on a recommendation from our property manager. I am not disappointed and Adrian will always be my preferred tech.

Alex has been here twice now. I am very pleased w/his service. In fact, I asked him yesterday if I could ask for him and he said yes. I am just letting U know I want him as my maintenance rep. Thx for a great experience. I have had several air/heating companies over the years but like the fact that I pay a small contract fee and get 2 service calls a year without additional cost. Christian was very friendly and knowledgeable and arrived within 15 minutes of our call. After completing the service he explained what he did and showed me how to adjust the thermostat correctly and asked if I had additional questions. The gentlemen who come to my elderly Father-in-law's house to provide HVAC maintenance and cleaned his ductwork were extremely professional and kept his home clean during the services. Both service days were exceptional customer service. Highly recommend their Company and their maintenance program which we scheduled him for. Looking forward to his next service in the Spring.

Adrian did scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system today. First, he called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very kind. Had a little bit of an emergency today which happened to be a Sunday. I had no problems reaching someone to come out from 72° and fix my unit Within the hour. Robert D was both courteous and very knowledgeable in what needed to be done to my split unit and fixed it quickly. Again thank you 72° Degrees

Today as I was showing the tech where to go out the back door I saw him videoing me and the inside of my house. I asked him was he was doing and why he was videoing he said he wasn't. I clearly saw it! My husband asked him to leave and he stood there arguing with him. I called 72 degrees and told them what had just happened while the tech is still arguing with my husband.
A Mr Graig said he would have a talk with him and there is no reason for him to be videoing. Never heard back so I called same afternoon now, and Mr Graig said he talked to him and looked at his phone and there was no video. SURPRISE! So brad the owner calls and said oh we have been doing that for about 6 months now. And after I was told it never happened and we don't do that and now we do that. What the hell. They will never be at my house again! Be aware apparently they don't care if they have creepy people working for them!

I hired another "red truck" outfit in Fredericksburg to replace the plenum and air handler along with parts attached to it. They also spent time outside with the 2yr old air conditioner hanging things off if it. Well, it is now March and the AC doesn't work. I had called the "red truck" people to come back and check which they never returned my call. 72 ° came out, told me that wires replaced in the fall were melting! Ugh and it was a fire danger and also told me that my compressor was bad and I was leaking freon. Gave me the choice of buying new or replacing.
Of course, buying new is the best bet, but I can't do that right now. But, they absolutely did a fantastic job. Juan and Hugo were the servicemen and they were absolutely fantastic! They even helped us move a huge box while they were waiting on a test! Can't beat the exceptional service! Go to 72° or don't go anywhere! ~Zero 815 Winery

PARTS RIPOFF! Visiting my mom's house, we realized her unit upstairs wasn't working. Blowing fine, but not cool. I figured it was the capacitor and Joshua, the service professional confirmed. They charged her $165 for the capacitor which could be purchased for about $10-$25. Double the price ok, but 8-16 times the price is a RIPOFF! Changing a capacitor is an extremely easy job almost as simple as changing a lightbulb.
They have a flat rate $89 charge which I understand. Joshua was friendly and offered his knowledge freely. Apparently capacitors should be changed every 5 years and I'll be changing mine myself thus saving $260. To the owners of 72, I'll be looking for a new AC company for my mom.

We hired 72 degrees because we believed in their guarantees and promised customer service. However, we were GREATLY disappointed with this A/C company. We bought their top of the line A/C package including new "nest" thermostats and monthly maintenance package. Our A/C has never functioned correctly. Our zoning has failed several times, motors have had to be replaced and parts switched out.
They even attempted to charge us labor on warrantied parts and under a service agreement plan! This week we had an A/C leak all over our wood floors and big screen TV. We called and 72 degrees and they told us they no longer service Marble Falls and our maintenance service contract would be refunded. They gave us a name of another company to call for repair.
Of course, once we called that company they said 72 degrees called them once and never followed up with pertinent info. Thus we are left high and dry or wet as the case may be. Our new A/C unit cost us a lot of money and we feel we were wheeled and dealed on this purchase. 72 degrees' horrible customer service and inability to honor their promises has left us with no choice but to warn our family and friends away from them. Buyer beware!
