All Bay Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new heat pump for our apartment in November 2018. John Moody did the complete installation to our complete satisfaction. Specified his work plan, followed his work plan to total completion. A very pleasant man to have working in and around one's home. Because of a noise complaint he also installed a muffler on the heat pump and provided many options for smart thermostat controls. Professional, efficient, very competitive pricing. Spotless white working and on completion. Could not ask for better service. And the pump works perfectly. Frank Greaney Rossmoor Walnut Creek CA

Life without AC sucks. Especially when the temps are in the triple digits. But thanks to All Bay we had ours back up and running in no time at all! John was very professional, courteous and hard working. Best of all, he gave us a very fair price quote! I would 100% recommend this company. Now excuse me while I go back to basking in the cold air of my freshly repaired and smoothly running AC!

John from All Bay is awesome. He came quickly when my air conditioner stopped working. Turned out it needed more extensive repairs so he ordered the parts and installed everything as quickly as possible. He and his workers are clean, thorough, and very respectful. Could not recommend them more highly! This was the second job he worked on for me and the first one was excellent as well. Thank you John for outstanding service!

Filling a report with PG&E to not use this contractor as a RNR. The lady who answers the phone is very rude and not very helpful. I'm a disabled Vet that has severe health issues and have never been disrespected as much as I have until dealing with this company. I called and asked for the report from them on the condition of my furnace from when they came out to inspect it so that I could get it fixed since this job was beyond the scope of work they normally complete.
The lady on the phone tells me that she has lots of customers and can't know exactly which job I am talking about. All I did was identify myself and mention I was in the PG&E energy savings program and I thought I was crazy up until I talked to this lady on the phone. I might be in a low budget program, but I'm still a human being and did not understand what I did for this lady on the phone to talk to me or treat me the way she did.
All my Bay Area neighbors don't support companies like this, your social economic status should not define how your treated as a person. If your going to be a contracting company for low income families treat them with respect and dignity because I know most of us are grateful for programs that exist for us.

After 3 months, they never returned my calls, so I ended up fixing the water heater myself. Luckily the manufacturer still had warranty on the unit so I was able to get the parts free. But as for All Bay HVAC, from the beginning to the present, they were very poor with calling customers back, and customer service. I don't know why but to this day, it seems like they just don't care. I'm not sure where their priorities are but it would have been nice to at least get a call back. Absolutely no warranty support or follow up support. They are a one time in and out shop. Don't expect them to come back later if you have a problem.

We have just had this company install a heat pump and air handler system. Their price was very competitive, service excellent and follow-up also excellent. Their workman were thoughtful and considerate during the installation process and John Moody took time to do everything right. Highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning. Mary
