I have been a customer for about the last 4 years. I choose the yearly contract, so I am offered 2 maintenance calls each year. I have been lucky only had to replace a couple small parts over the last 2 years. I generally forget to call and schedule appointments. I always received a email or phone call to remind me it's time for my service. They have flexible time and days for appointments.
They always send me a reminded text the day prior. The day of the appointment the send a text with a photo of the service representative who will be coming out. I had Adam out this afternoon, and as always professional service. MY system is a little old, so I always get an explanation of the current state of the system which is not over technical. I am always provide options and suggestion to help prolong the life of my system. Over all another good service completed.

My Technician today was named Julian. And he was very kind and patient. I recently lost my husband, who usually takes care of our home affairs. So I wasn't sure what to do about this maintenance issue. And couldn't fine the keys to the hot water heater. But I am thankful for Julian understanding and taking time to wait and assuring me everything would be fine.
And it was, he also took the time to explain everything he had done and made sure that I understood everything that he had done today. Thank you Julian for the superior quality of service that I was given today.

Gina Revelle did an outstanding job! She carefully explained everything that I needed to know about the repair I needed done. Who knew rats could do so much damage? Anyway, she went out of her way to drive 20 miles to pick up a part and bring it back on the same day. She is extremely conscientious and knowledgeable, as well as being a very pleasant person to deal with. I hope that she will continue to be my service person at Service Champions for years to come.

Nathan, from Service Champions, came out to service my water heater by flushing it and did a great job. This included talking with me about the water heater's current condition, the best way to keep it operating, and good installation options if I later decide or need to replace it. He also tested my tap & filter water and gave some advice there as well. All-in-all, I'm very happy with the service he performed and that he stayed a long time to make sure everything was just right.

This company is OK. They do what they say they will do and their technicians seem to know their jobs. I don't have a comparison with other companies but they seem expensive. I may have given them 4 stars but the technician, although very nice and competent, was not vaccinated and wore a paper mask vs. N95 or something comparable. I have family members with immune deficiencies and I cannot afford to expose them or myself nor have to quarantine without pay if I do become ill.

Julian was by far the best service technician I have ever used and we have a very large house and use a lot of service technicians. He was kind. Efficient, knowledgeable, and very very good at his job. He clearly strives to be the best at whatever he chooses to do in his life and work and is very much appreciated in an evolving culture if entitlement in this country that is disturbing to see and results in poor customer service from many companies, which is the opposite of what we got with this organization and this technician who clearly strives fir excellence.

We have used Service Champions for years and are very happy. However, when you get the consistency with regard to the service person and you are pleased, that is what makes the greatest difference. Nick has now serviced our system and has come back for a second time. Today we requested that he continue to be our service provider. He is that good!

My 14 year old furnace had sounds indicating malfunction. I called Service Champions, the original installer, for a look. They found a large crack in heat exchanger. Since the part was under warranty they provided a quote for the work, while also describing my options to replace the furnace instead. I elected to repair it, knowing there's risk of something else going bad in future. SC had a second tech visit to confirm diagnosis by first tech. Later, when part received from manufacturer, they scheduled the install. Jimmy did the work and it appears excellent.
He was on time, personable, and informative. The price was fair given the extent of work required to replace the critical internal part. All three visits were on time, clean professional techs, and I received good communication via phone and text about the appointments. Very satisfied; now hoping for another few years from this furnace.

This is a fantastic company! They are always thorough, safe, knowledgeable. Rodney was polite, easy to talk to, and very competent. He explained everything so it was easily understood and did a thorough checkup and maintenance of my systems. I highly recommend this company and especially Rodney. The office customer service people are also very personable and competent.

They reminded me it was time for my annual maintenance appointment, and when I called, the appointment was in three days. The technician was very nice and everything was done in a timely manner. Love Service Champions! Used them for Furnance Maintenance for years with my old furnace maintenance! They installed a new furnace serval years ago! Everything was done perfect passed inspection with flying color! Very reliable company from all employees and services that I have dealt with! They deserve more than 5 stars! Nick worked very hard. All service techs should be as devoted to doing what's necessary, as Nick seemed to be. He was here to do a service update. My husband was very pleased that he did what he needed to do to get the answer to our heating issues. So we will be having Nick come back again to fix our problem. Service: Heating maintenance

Thomas was my service tech. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He listened to what I thought was the problem - he provided the finding and recommended solution. He wasted no time in fixing my heating system even when he had to go and get parts. When the problem was fixed Thomas inspected the entire heating system then gave me further solutions to avoid possible future problems. Thomas was very thorough in providing recommended solutions and never spoke in terms that I couldn't understand. Great job!

The technician also serviced the hot water heater. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail so that I understood about regular 6 month check ups for the hot water heater which I never knew before. Now the hot water comes much faster than before just as he explained it would after the cleaning and service. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer. Very pleased with the service.
