I continue to be impressed with the high level of service I've received from Allianz Heating and Air over the last couple of decades. In recent weeks, my air conditioner has had a freon leak that was difficult to locate. Today, I spoke to Carrie and she dispatched Michael to my home. He was able to diagnose the elusive problem and made a plan to correct it.

I'm grateful for Michael's knowledge and proactive approach. He also offered to replace filters and the thermostat battery. I always appreciate service people wear booties in my home and offering to wear a mask. Thank you Carrie and Michael. Mary H. June 9, 2022

I needed a Spring Maintenance on my home air conditioner. The office scheduled it promptly and notified me when the technician would arrive. I was highly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Dan and Giles as they went about their work. Dan went above and beyond to insure all the maintenance was performed in an exemplary manner and made sure everything was spic and span and working great.

Jason and his crew showed up on time we're very careful not to scratch our laminate flooring they put down tarps and cleaned up as the worked the installation crew answered all of our questions and did a great job. They did the entire installation of the new hvac and new ducting in a little over 6 hours they had originally scheduled the install for 3 days I am very impressed that they could complete it all in 6 hours.

When they finished they went over how to work the thermostat and relit the water heater and adjusted the thermostat on it and then completely cleaned up any debris that was left behind extremely professional from start to finish

Came when they said; we had Dan as our tech. He identified one problem and identified another causing the first. After replacing a fuse and contactor, our heater and AC are once again working fine. In addition, he fully explained things and did a bit extra for us. If this is indicative of everyone who works for this particular company, I would highly recommend them to anyone; a first rate job.

I live in apple tree apartments. Allianz did work on these units today and I had the opportunity to meet one of the employees named Jason Cruickshank. Jason was very professional and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Allianz Heating & Air!

I had issues with my furnace and called Allianz. They have been amazing. Our technician Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He worked very quickly and got our issues diagnosed and fixed. Carrie at the front office was very friendly and communicated well. I had a great experience with this company and will definitely be using them more going forward. Thanks for all the help! Appreciate it.

I have used Allianz for a couple of years. They are very timely with the up keep of the appliances. When I had problems with changing my AC filter they came right away. Most of my problems are with the thermostat due to my lack of understanding how to set time etc. I call and they come out the same day. Very pleased with this company.

I was so happy with Allianz. Dan was professional and kind. He did a great job and did NOT try to up-sell me with something I did not need. Jason and Franklin came out with their crew of guys and got our split system up and downstairs AC units installed without any issues! They were very open with communication throughout the entire process! Honestly everyone from start to finish was very open about different things going on and what to expect! Absolutely recommend this company if you need new AC units installed! They even sent a nice thank you card with cookies afterward! So nice! Two thumbs up!

Just received the best customer service! Technician Dan not only called ahead to inform me that they will be early but was able to assess and fix my air-conditioning problem without nickel and dining me or trying to sell me additional parts. He took the time to show and explain exactly what the issue was, and had my office cooling off in no time. I highly recommend Dan and the team at Allianz Heating & Air. I will be using them again in the future.

When your AC decides to fail on the Friday evening heading in to Labor Day weekend, you know you're in "hot water". but I found Allianz Heating and Air on a search of 24/7 emergency repair. Michael phoned us early Saturday morning and said he'd be at our home by 9:00. He arrived at 9:00 and immediately showed a great sense of humor and rapport under what could be described as stressful conditions.

He provided us an estimate, professionally completed the repair, and left us with additional information regarding a service contract that we believe will be a good option for future maintenance. We are impressed and grateful.

As long time Redding residents we have used several of the local heating and air companies. We gave Allianz a try this time. We are so glad we did! They sent out a very knowledgeable technician (Michael) who quickly gave us a diagnosis. Unfortuneately we needed to replace our old system. Fortuneately, Allianz gave us a great price and quickly installed the new system.

The system was several thousand less than another system we had purchased for another house just a few months earlier. TJ and Jason did a good job installing the system. Pam and Kerri were both super helpful as well. We are sticking with Allianz for now on. Thank you!

Was looking into getting insulation added to our home as the utility Bill's seemed to keep getting higher every month and knowing our home was older there wasn't much in the attic anymore. I have used martin and his crew for years to service our unit and always had a great experience, but insulation is something I could do but really didnt want to. Martin came out and gave us an estimate to bring it up high enough to get the rebate through city of redding, seeing as me and my wife both work it was difficult to get it done with a time that worked for us.

The 2 Technicians that came out to add the insulation, were cody and tanner. Both of them were very friendly, looked at the job prior to starting to make sure they didnt need anything before they got started. By the time they got there, to the time they left was only a couple hours, and they left no signs of them being there in the house. Our unit is kicking on a lot less than it did before, and seeing as I used to have r-11 in the attic, bringing it up to what u should have would have probably took me all day and having to run around to get the machine I would have rented back and hopefully I bought enough.

Overall it was another very good experience from crew, I'd wait a little longer if these guys were busy to fix an issue for the fact they are always professional and never had to have them come back to fix anything twice.

Can't really rate them.they didn't show up. I was given a two hour window. Rushed home to meet them, sat around a few hours, and when I called they said 'your not in our system.' Urgh

I called in and spoke with Carrie, who sounded uninterested in my call and unwilling to get me to someone who could help assist me in my situation/question. The front line of a business is its customer service. This reflection of not caring to dive deeper and make sure I was helped properly goes to show that just because a place has good days and good work, we never know when someone will call and have a negative experience. I was kind and respectful to the person on the phone and will not do business with them due to unprofessional customer service.

Our central heating system started blowing only cold air on one of the coldest evenings of the year. Called Allianz the next morning at 8:00 am. A technician was at our house at 10:00 am. The repair was quickly accomplished and the cost was fair. The technician was very polite and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

Had Allianz out to install a new unit today. Very courteous technicians who worked with no breaks until installed. Felt like I got a fair price and was very pleased with a couple of surprise extras. Also spent a couple of extra dollars for a new wi-fi thermostat. Would highly recommend.

Great company! When our HVAC quit working last summer during the 112 degree period in June, Allianz was on it, getting a new unit installed. They even loaned us (free of charge) a portable swamp cooler hill we made the decision on which unit to install and waiting for it to arrive. I also installed a NEST thermostat which I wired incorrectly, causing the heat pump not to work. They came out and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and charged me nothing. Rob was our technician. Thanks Rob! Allianz now has a loyal customer for life. Thanks.

Of course, our HVAC decides to quit on a day that turns out to be 106 degrees. Three other companies could not get to us for at least four days. Allianz was not only able to come out the same day, Tom was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and correct the issue. No heavy handed service contract offers or other upgrade suggestions. He quickly fixed the problem in a very professional and courteous manner. Allianz will be our go to for HVAC service for now on.

Want to give a huge THANK YOU to Allianz and to Kerri. My elderly mom had surgery on Monday when it was 113 degrees in Redding. Of course, that night the air conditioner thermostat decided to act up. She has limited lung capacity so the heat is a huge issue for her. I called Allianz first thing Tuesday morning and explained the situation to Kerri, she had someone out there by 2:30.

He fixed the thermostat and changed the filter. I live out of state and had to go home before they arrived. I talked to my mom today and she said her unit is working perfectly. In a town that has such hot temps in the summer, I really thought I wouldn't be able to find someone to come out that day. Thank you so much Allianz and Kerri, you both rock!

I just want to give a big huge crazy thank you to Kerri and the staff/owner of Allianz Heating and Air! I called on Monday with a family member needing help. Today first thing Rob was at my parents home and the air was cold by 945am. Plus. the cost was completely reasonable! My grandpa will be able to stay home and it's all because of Kerri and the awesome people at Allianz!

Allianz responded to my review and asked for the details of my complaints. They subsequently agreed with my assessment of the situation and took remedial action with their employee. We agreed that the tech did not give me the correct information regarding my existing unit and that it was more of an oversight than a sales tactic. I am satisfied with their response and action and might use them in the future. They still need to work on the customer service communication part of their business though.

They save us from a super long weekend. My AC went out on a Thursday evening an my landlord assured me no one could help til Monday. I called Allianz first, and they had a tech out to my house an hour later. They were fast, clean, an helpful. Thank you!

I've used them twice. After yesterday I recommend everyone avoid them at all costs. $171 charge and my AC doesn't work and they refuse to fix it. Very rude officer person when I called to say the AC still didn't work after the service call. Technician wouldn't listen to me. Wouldn't help me. We requested a specific technician that our friend assured us was honest and reliable.

They didn't send him. The first time I used them I had to replace the part they replaced 8 months later because according to the tech from the other company the wires were left long enough to get sucked into the fan and destroyed. Wouldn't have called them back if a friend hadn't referred us to his friend who works here. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on them. Out $171 and still have to find a reliable company to come fix my AC

It was cold last night. I don't do great in the cold. My chubby poodle does not like the cold. We got tired of our poodle sitting in front of the space heater and taking up all of the heat, so we called Allianz. First off, the young lady who answered the phone was polite, patient and asked all of the right questions. At first there were some scheduling conflicts, but she said that she could get someone out the same day. VERY EASY to talk to!

Later on, the young lady called and let me know that the technician, Robb, would be out shortly. I'm only good at a few things in life and HVAC is definitely not one of them. I know less than nothing about the subject. Robb could have told me that Larry the Magic HVAC Goblin had turned off the mystical AC valve and I would not have known the difference.

Long story short, there was one tiny little adjustment that needed to be done, and boom Robb was out the door to save someone else's day. Robb the technician was EXTREMELY personable, polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms. While I didn't have the most technical issue, Robb didn't talk down or make me feel like a moron since it was such minor issue. Theses are the HVAC people you are looking for.

These guys really took care of us fast! They tried to fix our a/c as least expensively as possible, when that didn't take they replaced our unit very quickly. Thank you Allianz for your speedy service, your customer service is top notch!
