George was very polite and worked very hard late into the night repairing the heating/air conditioning system. It was 20 degrees with wind, and he never complained. He is a middle aged white man with excellent local English accent, which was very easy to understand. He is married with seven children and one on the way! (I asked him). I am a female senior citizen and live alone. I felt very comfortable having him working in my home, and feel that any other woman would feel the same way!

Our rep. Erica provides excellent customer service with prompt reply to any matter. I highly recommend the EZ Comfort plan if you are a heating oil customer. It gives the option to spread out the cost of the oil fills in a monthly payment with a locked in rate. Which for me is a more manageable way to handle the payments. Our previous provider you had to pay in full, and never knew what the going rate was until after it was delivered. It was a burden to us to pay one large sum every time it needed a refill. We've been with RF OHL for over a year now and have been very happy with their team and service.
