Our heating system died during the tail end of the coldest part of the year. After getting a quote from the company who installed our original system, we got a second quote from Ron. He was up front about only being able to complete the inside unit until the weather broke (we ultimately ended up with a few unseasonably nice days so he did the outside too).

He explained why he installs the systems that he does which gave us a great comfort level knowing that he has done his research. He installed quickly and was very professional the entire time. He even came back a week later to personally review the system, show us how to change the filter, and explain the warranty. We are so glad that we chose Staley Mechanicals.

Great service always. Used them many time for annual maintenance. Had no AC this morning and he came out and resolve the issue fast and at a fair price.

I cannot say enough about this company! I called and reported my a/c being down on a Monday morning & he showed up before noon & had it running in 10 minutes. He spotted the problem immediately, explained what he did to fix it & checked over the unit while he was here. I will not call anyone else from this point on to service my hvac system!

The only reason I would withhold writing an accurate glowing report for Ron is that by doing so may make more people want to call him and I would have to wait wait wait to see him show up when I need him! Seriously, Ron is a no nonsense professional that is courteous and decades of experience. I know both Ron and Dee from church and they are gold! Exceptional attention to detail and a true professional family (Husband & Wife) team that takes great pride in their work. Ron & Dee replaced our 20+ year old Amana central ac and gas heater with a higher efficiency Goodman system. Project took about 4 days and included lots of progress updates. Definitely a job well done. Would highly recommend!

Mr. Staley just left and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did he come service my furnance within a couple of hours of me calling, but he had the parts on hand, and had my furnace up in no time flat. If you want it done right - call the Staleys. Ron replaced an old heat pump with a high efficiency Goodman unit inside and out. His work is clean, straight and tests out perfectly after he made adjustments to the old, insufficient return system. I could go into more detail on Ron's high standards and all that he did, but I'll just say this: Ron's experience put into practice, his use of the latest technology in testing equipment, and his drive for perfection will get you the best installation possible. If I could give 10 Stars to Staley Mechanicals, I would! Ron just replaced our furnace and air conditioner in our home. He was prompt, meticulous, friendly and efficient. Very fair in his pricing, as well. Even gave us a reduced price from the agreed upon contract after not needing a particular part he thought he would use. He didn't have to do that, as we would have never known! Honest!

It's hard to find good, honest people in this world and Staley Mechanicals are honest people! Oh, I can't forget to mention his partner, a/k/a Wife, who is 100% part of this husband-wife team. After all of the phone calls with Dee, it was a pleasure to finally meet her on "install day".I feel like Dee is my new best friend! Sometimes you just get lucky. We certainly did when we first called Ron Staley to install an air conditioning system for us. He has maintained it for us for 30 years now and we wouldn't think of using anyone else. Over the years as we have had other contractors perform upgrades and replacements of flooring, electrical, plumbing and vinyl siding, nearly all have mentioned the fine job and highly professional workmanship he did on the installation.

To me that's a remarkable testimonial when a contractor in an unrelated field says, "Who did your A/C?" I tell them, and they say "He did a real nice job." We always refer him to anyone looking for HVAC installation, repair or replacement. He's always on time, and has a complete knowledge all things HVAC. In this day and age, it's nice to rely on someone you can trust to do great work at a fair price.

Ron serviced a heat pump at my house which was occupied by a tenant and I was out of town. Scheduling and reliability was very good. His quality of work and easy online billing/payment was excellent.

I called Staley Mechanicals and they were able to come the same day. The technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. He carried the parts on the truck and repaired the a/c unit immediately. Great customer service from Dee at the shop and great communication from them also. I've used Staley Mechanical on two occasions. One new town home and a 17 year custom build. Two glaring cooling issues came up on 90* days and Staley troubleshot, treated, tried several fixes and resolved both homes concerns in less than two hours. They are timely, have digital equipment to diagnose problem and the solutions work. Professional explanation and very fair cost factors and available after hours without huge surcharges. Overall excellent.
