I had a service call last Christmas. I needed a new wall thermostat. The serviceman hooked it up in 15 minutes, connecting 6 wires. They billed over $350.00. This was Wayyyy overpriced. This was a non-complicated unit. It was no different than units I had installed at other houses and offices over the last 30 years. None of those service calls ever cost more than $175.00 I contacted the owners about this pricing.
He insisted the charge was correct and his normal fee. My opinion is that I was charged an extreme amount because my home seemed more opulent than usual. I would not recommend this company.
