Bill is the technician who came out to service the air conditioner. After a thorough examination of the exterior AC unit and pressure testing the system he was not satisfied with the readings. Bill went to the attic to detect ductwork airflow have been improperly installed by a previous provider. Without Bills knowledge and understanding of the situation this problem wouldl continue to remain unsolved. Therefore I highly recommend Tudi heating and air conditioning services. Our system is 3.5 years old and it keeps braking down. We bought a top of the line system with variable motors and replaced the furnace and a/c and every single year when it's time to switch to cooling or heating the system won't work at all. 14k spent on a system that is constantly breaking down. Abs when I called this weekend to get emergency service because my child is sick and can't sleep from the heat some d-ck named Josh let me know they're only helping customers who pay for some special plan and we can't sign up for their special plan until Monday. So they have times available to help but won't. And can I speak to a manager? No. Can I speak to someone else? No. Call back on Monday.

After several years of repairing my home heating system I was told they wouldn't do any work for me - accepting only preferred subscription customers. When I explained that I had never been offered such a subscription I was told "too bad". Rejecting repeat customers and never offering them a different revised pricing and service plan leaves me searching for someone new.

I probably had the two best HVAC installers in the county! The attention to detail shown by Chris and Russ exceeded my expectations. All facets if their workmanship was top notch; none of the details of the furnace and A/C installation were overlooked. These guys were also very courteous and professional. Also, a shout out to Robert who got back to me on Monday night in a timely manner and talked me through an issue with my condensation pump then came out early on Tuesday to replace it. Again, very professional and courteous. You guys rock!
