Sun Ray Heating

Critical: Quality This company came to my home several times and never fixed my issue. The workers are lazy lazy lazy. How do you have a warranty but get charge $110 for someone to come out to your home.

Sun Ray was responsive and able to make difficult timings work for a residential install. Thanks to the level of service they provide, the amount of work was determined and a quote was established that handily beat out other companies. In addition to this the quality of the work was very high and every tech was courteous and could answer any question I had.

I contacted them on the phone to arrange an estimate for some work. The man came on time & was very nice in person etc. I was promised an estimate within a few days. I waited over one week & then called. I was told someone would call back but they did not. I called again & again was told someone would call back but again they did not. At all times the lady on the phone was very nice but I do not understand why someone could not have taken the time to make even just a quick phone call. I obviously do not know about their actual work but this experience has left me with little faith in their reliability.

I have used them several times and they are awesome. They just installed 2 new units at a reasonable price. They guys are knowledgeable, professional and really nice.

The company I've used for 11 years was closed for vacation. I wanted to have my furnace checked and did not want to wait. I found this company on Angie's List with high ratings. Steven was my technician, he was amazing. He provided details on what he will be doing and shared findings after completing service. Also, he shared recommendations. I definitely will use this company again!

On Tuesday 9/4/18, my central air unit was not providing cool air. I made a call to Sun Ray Heating. Fortunately, there was an available technician in the area. Mickey (sorry didn't get last name) was dispatched to my residence for the service call. When Mickey arrived at my residence he greeted my with a "Good morning" and introduced himself. I've found that true professionalism always begins with a genuine concern for the customer's issues.

This initial greeting gave me the impression the Mickey was there to take care of business. Mickey did not approach this job as if I was the next guy on the list to be serviced. He approached this job as if he was there to support a friend or family member. He took the time to hear the symptoms and began his troubleshooting a systematic way. while explaining each step along the way.

He took the time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciate his professionalism and his work ethic. based on my experience with Mickey, I would highly recommend Sun ray Heating to anyone looking for HVAC service.

Sun Ray is great. Being a neighborhood company withstanding, they are as skilled, if not moreso, than the more heavily advertised chains and they are competitively priced. When a repair is needed, any identified problem is conveyed, the solution and pricing is clearly explained and the appropriate repair is performed. Solidly. Like any reputable company, Sun Ray's associates offer suggestions for care on keeping your HVAC equipment performing up to specs, including the consideration of value priced general maintenance plans.

As anyone who has needed an unplanned repair can attest, a fix can become expensive, replacement even moreso. Sun Ray keeps value in mind and provides options. They are a solid company with whom to do business.

I was referred to this place and left a voice mail a week ago Monday. After not being called back, I called at noon on Tuesday and talked to John, the service manager. He was nice enough on the phone and said he would discuss the issue I was asking to be addressed with his partner and he would call me back. it's now over a week and I have heard nothing.

Apparently this company is neither looking to fix something that needs fixing or to entertain getting a one year maintenance agreement. I made clear we had an immediate issue with a large electrical component but nothing apparently warranted getting a call back. I certainly won't do business with someone who clearly doesn't want my business.

Sun Ray Heating, Inc is a very thorough company. Services included an initial walk-through with detailed explanation of job to be performed and final costs were quoted. Tradesmen arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and professional. High quality workmanship was completed in a timely manner. Everything was put back in place and left as clean and neat as it was before the job was started. I highly recommend Sun Ray Heating, Inc.

First of all I want to say thank you to John who helped me right away and resolved my problem immediately. The technician was also very knowledgeable. Friendly staff, courteous and professional! I Highly recommend their services.

I had a last minute emergency with my furnace when I called early in the morning. Sun Ray was able to come out within hours to take a look and give me an estimate of what was needed. Steve was especially helpful and my furnace was fixed by noon. I'm very impressed and would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks again! It's great to have heat!

Sun Ray heating is as good as it gets! Friendly staff that resolves any issue quickly and methodically. Their service is like no other. I've had a few HVAC folks at the house and they all went for the stars instead of helping resolve the issue - not Sun Ray heating! They are affordable, local, and knowledgeable. No stress. no hassle! Give them a try!

Steve was very professional and personable. We have never experienced the cool air that we are experiencing with the installation of a new thermostat. Him offering us the regular maintenance plan was ideal. Great job overall.
