I'm writing this to recommend Rick's Heating & Cooling. I needed to investigate the system in the house I recently purchased, Rick's was already recommended in a neighborhood chat group I belong to - now I know why. Starting from an inspection and discussion, I signed up for a maintenance contract and then Rick came out and we discussed options for a HVAC replacement (I live in a 100 yr. old house - it has challenges).

I replaced the system and from beginning to end, his team was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and easy to work with. Everyone listened to me and answered all of my questions, making sure I was FULLY satisfied. The follow up was outstanding. Make them a YES for your Heating and Cooling needs!

ANOTHER great experience with Rick's Heating & Cooling. AC unit stopped working at 9pm. I called Rick's and a service technician (Andrew) was at the house within an hour. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Issue resolved and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

Complete disaster averted. A/C went out yesterday when it was like 95, know it's a matter of time to have to replace the whole unit and heat pump, but Brandon got us up and running and serviced our unit in a matter of minutes. New capacitor will hold us over this summer until we have to replace the 17 year old unit this fall. Rick's has always been very prompt and very professional for us. Highly recommended in the Maineville area.

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! NICK SHOWED UP THE SAME DAY WE REQUESTED THE SERVICE CALL. THAT'S THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT RICK'S HEATING AND COOLING. OUR AC ISN'T COOLING AND WE SUSPECT WE HAVE A LEAK IN THE COIL, WHICH WE WOULD LIKE REPLACED AS THE ENTIRE UNIT IS LESS THAN 10 YEARS OLD. NICK TOLD US OUR UNIT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, "THEY DON'T BUILD THEM LIKE THEY USE TO". HE COULD NOT REPLACE THE COIL WITHOUT TALKING WITH RICK, AS RICK DOESN'T WANT UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND BAD REVIEWS! NICK CHARGED US FOR THE SERVICE FEE, THOUGH HE PROVIDED NO SERVICE, AND WE HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK ON IF RICK IS WILLING TO RISK HIS REPUTATION AND REPLACE OUR COIL OR IF THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT!

I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY TRY TO SELL YOU ON THINGS THAT YOU DI NOT NEED NOR WANT. WE HAVE A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IS REASONABLE AND WILL REPLACE THE PART WE WANT.

Highly recommend Rick's maintenance program. One fee, covers a spring and fall service. And, they call you so you don't forget. Tech's are professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Ron and Andrew!

I will not use them again. They missed a major problem. My condensation from the AC was backing up inside the drainage pipe causing the water to back up and leak inside my unit. This caused rusting and in turn caused my new module to go bad. They also wanted to charge me $750 for a new module. No way. I called Tony Cornett Heating and Air and Tony found all the issues and fixed everything for way less.

I think the tech from Rick's just didn't want to delve into all of the issues. I even kept asking him why there was so much water everywhere. H didn't care to sleuth it out. Tony Cornett saved us from having more major issues down the road. Don't use Rick's - they have room for vast improvement.

Rick's Heating & Cooling did a great job on my semi-annual service call yesterday. Brandon and another tech showed up on time, wore shoe covers in my house, thoroughly tested all my heating equipment, and were polite and professional. The office manager Michelle was also polite, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone and via email.

Rick's is very prompt and professional. Kyle was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC quickly. I felt that he was very honest about the problem and do not feel overcharged. Thanks for the great customer service:
