Came out on a Sunday to examine and fix furnace. Good information, great customer service and knowledgeable.

Good fast service and a nice group of guys helped us out on a friday.

I called around 9:00AM with a kitchen sink issue and in less than two hours a kind and courteous plumber/serviceman named Derek called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly to my whole family, and went above and beyond the initial request as there were several other issues with the sink than the pipe I had initially called about.

He got what he needed and did an exceptional job! He even took the time to advise us on the purchase of a needed water filter. I could not be more pleased with the professional experience and service we received and will most definitely be calling Riesen Plumbing and Heating, Inc. for an estimate for a needed furnace this year and other future needs. I highly recommend this company and the expertise of their staff!

We had 3 plummers here from different companies Riesen plumming was the only one who could fix it and they fixed it fast. Great employees will use them again!

I waited a week to get kitchen sink unstopped Once they finally got there very quickly unstopped. You shouldn't tell someone you will be there the next day and not show up until 5 days later

We called Riesen on a Thursday about a potential problem with our 19 year old hot water heater. They came the next day and diagnosed that one of our elements on our electric water heater blew. The technician tried to change just the element but due to the age, it was rusted in there so he measured to get a new water heater. The following Monday we received a call that our water heater would be installed on that Thursday.

Not a big deal since we still had some hot water. Got a call about 3 hours later and our new hot water heater came early so they came out 30 minutes later and installed it! In a matter of 4 days, we went from having just warm water to having hot water again. Thank you Riesen for your responsiveness and getting us back on track in less than 5 days! We will definitely be using you all again!

Big thank you to Riesen Plumbing & Heating Inc. called this morning toilets clogged and couldn't take a shower because toilet bubbled and water went back to back shower! They fit me in and got everything working! God love you all!

I got my new furnace and A/C installed on 9/17/20. The guys were polite, efficient, they even wiped off their hand truck wheels so as not to track in dirt. I have had Riesen Plumbing and Heating take care of all my related problems since I bought my home in '96. They are GREAT! I highly recommend them!

First time customers about 3 weeks ago. They came to our house quickly and were very helpful and efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future, if need be.

We had a sewer line break under the house (we are on a cement slab). Called and Riesens came out took a look and got right down to business. Within the week we had all new lines dug in around the back of the. house to the front. Now everything is working like it is suppose to. They were fast, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They did have to out source the digging to JD Construction which of course they were equally as down to business, polite and a pleasure to deal with. All in all we are pleased with the fast work for what they had to do along with we will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Used this business for the first time to de-winterize cabin. Receptionist very friendly, tech was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Cabin was opened within 30 minutes which included replacement of O rings in kitchen faucet. Bill was half of what we paid last year with another local company.

Thanks for the same day service. The guys did an awesome job and they did not quit until the job was done. It turned out to be more than we thought it was going to be. So glad they are reliable and great customer service. Only plumbers we will use and have used.
