They are really great. I've had them do work several times at my home and they are always prompt and professional. I'd say their prices are median, but cheapest is not always the least expensive! Well worth having them do your work.

They installed new furnace and AC 10 years ago with great price and installation in 1 day. They provide great annual service, always prompt, and prices competitive. They are always our go to contractor.

I called these guys out on Thursday. They came Friday. The technician told me the furnace was dangerous and shouldn't be used (I had hoped it was something minor). He took pictures and showed me what was wrong and explained why it was dangerous. They were pretty busy, but they had an opening the next day. They showed up on time on Saturday morning, and replaced my furnace.

They were efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. The cost was substantially lower than we expected considering the service we received. We looked them up on Google and went based on prior reviews and were impressed. Great company!

Mike came within half hour of calling. Furnace went out and he diagnosed and changed the pressure switch. For those people who gave them a bad review, i think they just wanted a free service call. If I could give them 10 stars, i would. I highly recommend them. Service: Heating system repair

Within an hour of calling, I had a tech to my house who told me my heat exchange was cracked amongst other things. Within 24 hours I had a scheduled replacement with a quote that was extremely fair, and with more combined additives that I didn't think were possible. This family business will always have my business. Very clean, polite, punctual, and very accommodating.

My A/C unit blew up after a power a few months ago when it was extremely hot outside. I called Brisendine and they had a new A/C unit installed for me within a few days. On top of that awesome customer service and expediency, Mike and his team did an amazing job on the installation of my new A/C unit. I called another Heating and Cooling company for a second opinion and Brisendine matched the price with a much larger A/C unit. I was VERY impressed that they did this for me. I will ALWAYS call Brisendine for ANY heating and cooling issues in the future. Great work Brisendine Team!

Not a happy customer. First time user and instead of making a new customer for potential life, they threw it away for an $89.00 service call. The repairman was at my house for 20 minutes only to tell me I had a leak and I needed a new unit. Leaks can be sealed. I gave the next repairman who is my Aunt's neighbor, $60 to repair my leak and my house is cold again.

Just a regular guy who had the equipment and not out to make money off of pushing new units at 3-5k It's a shame that all companies want to do is make money off selling new units to people when the unit they have is repairable. Shameful for all companies who have sold out to shady practices. I do not recommend this company. 20 minutes, $89.00, zero work performed. :-

Awesome awesome awesome! Brisendine has been doing work on my mother's house for a very long time and she needed a hot water tank this time. She also had a very bad rusted pipe that was leaking too, and they fixed it all. So professional, honest and fast. No more leaks either. Would definitely recommend for all your heating & cooling needs. We also have used them at our house. Great guys, great service. Thank you Steve, Mike & your dad(sorry didn't get his name)
