Called at 4:45pm on a 94 degree day in Fleetwood. My AC was not working and asked if they could come out the next day. Someone would called the following day to set schedule. About 5:50, Chris called and said he was in BR and could stop by. By 6:30, my AC was fixed! Superior customer service! Service: A/C system repair

My power bill was running crazy high, so I called and asked to have them send someone out to have a look. A service technician arrived within a few hours of my phone call. I received a text message right after I got off the phone with the name of the technician that was scheduled and about how long it would be before they arrived. I also received another text message with the technician was en route.
The guy was very friendly friendly and professional. He did a thorough job evaluating the unit and was great to answer my questions. The technician was very honest and didn't try to find things to repair that were not necessary. Very pleased with responsiveness and quality of service. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

We are very happy with the service we received from Carolina Comfort. The initial assessment was thorough and they provided 3 options to choose from at different price points. They were able to schedule us within 3 weeks (amazing right now). The crew showed up on time and all the guys were polite and worked hard to get the job done. They had one broken part but one guy left to go get one so they could get it completed on time.
In the end, we can't believe how cozy our house is now. We have a large 2 story room and had space heaters all over the house before the new system. Thank you so much.we are so happy!

The Young Men that worked at my house installing the heat & air conditioning, were the hardest working young men ever. They were perfect professional at all times. They hardly ever took a break, you could offer them a soft drink or water but they would not quick working long enough. They were the hardest working group or young men ever. RJ. Thomas & Gibbie. This was an emergency, our heat wasn't turning on and it was the weekend. We called super early in the morning, received a call back immediately and he jumped in his truck and came to the house quickly. Jason was very professional, he found the issue immediately and was able to fix it quickly. I expected it to be costly since it was Sunday and so early in the morning but it was surprisingly low. He even checked our filter and made sure alert notifications were turned on so if this happens again in the future we will know ahead of time. Great service!

I called this morning about our unit which was not cooling properly. Within the hour my call was returned and a technician was scheduled to arrive this afternoon. Matt inspected our unit but because of the extreme ice buildup was unable to pinpoint the exact issue at the time. After we melted the ice we called back and the technician on call, Jason, came out and identified the problem which will require a special order part. Jason helped set up a temporary solution with the unit which will help us stay cool until the part comes in.
Both techs were so friendly, helpful, and prompt which meant so much to us- especially having just bought and moved into this home with our baby girl whose comfort is the most important!
