Very happy with the service provided. Last fall our air conditioner failed. I called another hvac service and was told the compressor was inoperable and my unit needed to be replaced. I was quoted in the 10K range for a new unit. It was late fall so I decided to wait till spring. I called Bergin this morning and within 3 hours the technician had it up and running. Very impressed with all aspects of service. Highly recommend!

Cliff Bergin's crew were courteous and extremely helpful. They were thorough and cleaned up after. They answered all of our questions and took the time to explain our new systems. Critical: Responsiveness I had an engineer come to the house for a full system replacement quote. He was thorough and I really liked his input. However, I was promised a quote in 1 week, it's 4 weeks later and no quote. I've emailed and called twice, I've never even received a response.

I first reached out to Cliff Bergin in September for a quote on an air exchange system and dehumidifier for the basement. Someone came to the house within a week. I was promised an estimate the following week. After two weeks I followed up via email, called and called. At first no one got back to me and then I was promised an estimate THAT DAY for days and days.

My husband then called and someone came out again - finally 3-4 days later we got a formal estimate - about two months after I first reached out - that was 100% higher than the verbal one we were given. While waiting, we got a competitive quote that was close in range and booked them instead of Cliff Bergin. I get everyone is understaffed and this is a busy time for HVAC business, but it's not acceptable to not call back or communicate at all. We had used Cliff Bergin in the past but will not moving forward.

We had a variety of things done and at different times had different team members at our home. Each one did a great job and was curtious and did a great job. Pleased and would hire them again!

The technician Mark was very courteous at my home. I like his good attitudes and good explanations to me. He repaired my faucet (cannot divert the water) and the leaking issues for the sink by the side in my main bath room. Mark also repaired the leaking issues for the sink in my kitchen. I like Mark's services a lot. Thank you for your services.

We have used Cliff Bergin for 15 years. We have had service, check-ups and even purchased an entire HVAC system. They are always professional, trust worthy and on-time. If I could give a minus-1 I would. This is what I did: -Sent a message to them from their website. No answer. -9am the next morning called and the guy asked for my phone number and what was wrong. He said he would call right back. -1pm Called again and they knew nothing about my earlier call. Took all info again. - 1:30pm I called another company and they came out asap. -5:00pm CB called and wanted to know what the problem was and said they would call back. -5:30pm CB called and wanted to know what my problem was and would call back with a good time. I told them to go to hell. Is this place a joke?

I have used Cliff Bergin for a number of hvac and plumbing repairs since moving into our house. Each time they have been responsive and sent professional, knowledgeable technicians. They really go the extra mile to provide high quality service and explain everything they're doing. Their pricing is also reasonable and they never push for unnecessary repairs or equipment replacement.

Did a nice job replacing our 20 year old AO Smith water heater with a new one. Was able to come the next day. Protected the carpets and even cleaned out the aerators on the faucets.

They have done a great job for me on several projects! We added a laundry room and updated a bathroom and everything has been great. They show up when they say they will!

New furnace install needed during one of our usual Wisconsin 'polar vortexes'. Install scheduled next day. Tim and Adam did a great job in taking out the old and putting in the new. Friendly guys and thorough in their work product as well. Replaced old drainage tubes other guys would have left, and cleaned up worksite like I would have done. Will definitely use them again when I need to replace/repair my HVAC units.

A few years ago, an employee of this company accidentally broke a pipe while fixing the A/C unit in our attic. As you can see in our photos, this caused a major leak which damaged the drywall in the ceiling below. The employee returned and admitted that he caused the issue. He ultimately fixed the pipe, but we were charged for both visits. This winter, we were finally ready to fix the drywall and the lowest estimate was $785.

I called the owner of Cliff Bergin & Associates, Bob, explained everything to him and asked him to review the paperwork. I asked him to cover the repair cost or at least pay half. He told me he did not doubt what happened and would look into it and call me back, but he never did. I have called him a second time and left a voicemail, but have heard nothing. We do not appreciate his lack of response and we want others to learn about our experience with Bob the owner.

Our Water Heater sprung a leak. Jim helped us identify how to turn off the tank safely and made an appointment for Sebastian to come out first thing in the morning to replace the tank. Jim called us in the morning to confirm and see if there were any special instructions. Sebastian was courteous and explained the configuration of our new tank when he was done so we knew how to turn it off, change the temperature etc. Great service!

Since moving to Ozaukee county, I've used Cliff Bergin for numerous jobs including sump pump replacement, garbage disposal replacement, gas line installation for my grill and, most recently, water softener replacement. Prices have been good, they are extremely polite, professional and responsive. I'll continue to use Cliff Bergin.

Cliff Bergin was quick to help me with my drain issue, and mind you its the coldest week of the year and they had someone out the next morning. Chuck was my technician and he was incredibly helpful, not trying to push anything on us but explaining our options in the short and long term. He fixed what we needed and really was thorough making sure everything worked as needed before he left. Appreciate his professional and friendly demeanor!

We needed a "flapper" replacement in a toilet, and a tightening of another toilet seat. I told Jason, our repair guy that I also wanted to replace the faucet in the upstairs bathroom, but didn't have a chance to get a new one. He went to his truck and brought in exactly what I would have bought for the sink and then installed it. I love Cliff Bergin, and all the little Bergins.

So, the super clogged kitchen drain got taken care of yesterday. Today I wanted to load the dishwasher and, CRAP, it was full of water and obviously clogged. Called Cliff Bergin and they sent Chuck out within the hour. Chuck is a great guy, saw the problem and replaced the clogged vent to the dishwasher. He then took the time to give me three "household kitchen plumbing maintenance tips" which I will use henceforth. This followup call was NO CHARGE.I'll definitely be using C-B again and will refer them to anyone that asks!

I called Cliff Bergin & was told Bob was the person who handled estimates. I was looking to complete a huge job - a new furnace, a/c, tons of new ductwork, etc. I left 3 voicemails for Bob, who never returned my calls. I tried a 4th time & told the person who answered that Bob doesn't return calls. You cannot imagine my surprise when I heard Bob was an owner! Finally, Bob returned my call & made an appointment. 30 minutes after our appointment time, I see a Cliff Bergen SUV driving slowly down my street. Bob misplaced all my info - name, phone number, address, & reason for calling them.

He was wandering down my street without knowing the exact address! Bob measured my house & jotted down my email so he could send me an estimate. Shockingly, I never received an estimate from Bob. How does this company stay in business if this is how one of the owners behaves?

Poor experience when I called for a simple top off of refrigerant they insisted Over the phone that I needed to replace my entire system. Dishonest

OUTSTANDING professionalism! The technician was personable and extremely capable! Called for a furnace inspection/cleaning and also received cleaned boiler and even changed the batteries in the thermostat! The office was very responsive to my initial contact and had a appointment for service within 48 hrs.
